She has not made us feel at any time that we are on a timer or that we pay her (though we are on time and pay her), I have been to ones that continuously looked at their watch during a session, not sure how she does it, but she never looked even one time, which made us a lot more at ease. My husband was very skeptical about going (he has been to some in the past) but was positively surprised at how much she helped us!
