Used to work there. Basically it's just a group of moms who sit around and gossip. I did not fit in with them. The owner lied about pay and has no business running a business. I wish any future employees good luck but unless you're part of the popular mom group you'll be treated like an outsider. read more

Being new to the area, Eagle's Creative Preschool has been a wonderful addition in my daughters life. She loves the teachers, loves being there and enjoys the activities they provide. I was very disappointed in my experience with Eagle's Creative Preschool. I had my 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son attend just three days before the owner expelled my son. The suggestion was "he was not ready for this kind of environment". The first two days of his attendance I did not hear any negative feedback. On the third day I received a phone call from a preschool staff teacher explaining that he was very upset, that he put his hands on the teacher which alarmed her, and she wanted suggestions on how to deal with him in his state of upset. I was not asked to pick him up early or anything of the sort... that was on a Friday. On Monday morning I was asked to meet with the owner and a preschool staff teacher and there she told me he was not welcome to return. During that conversation, I was given a laundry list of negative behaviors they claim he has. The owner was out of the office during the week of my children's attendance so she did not take the time to observe my son in her facility. There was no warning. No disciplinary process. No empathy for me or my child. No care to work with my child or my family. The good news... I did place my children in another preschool and gave a transparent explanation of what occurred at the previous school in regard to my son's behavior (including their claims of his unacceptable behavior) and the outcome. They immediately explained a detailed process that would be followed if my son required disciplinary action and also assured me that they are trained professionals that will follow the process and work with us if social/emotional behavior issues were present. After spending this week with him, his teachers and the preschool director are SHOCKED he was removed from a school. They feel his behavior is age appropriate and claim that he has been a delight in the classroom. I feel from the moment we walked into our new preschool that we are now in a loving and caring environment. It is clear that we are in the right place. Eagle's Creative Preschool may be a decent place for some... For me it was a saddening experience... a bit of emotional trauma as a parent. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about ECP. I placed my daughter in the infant room at exactly 12 months old (after some failed attempts with another school and nanny). She is not an easy baby, by any means, and I was beyond anxious with my decision. BUT I immediately fell in love with the infant room teacher (Amber). She loves every single baby in her care with all her heart. She sent me text and photo updates to ease my mind. She was very honest about my daughter's progress, and she gave suggestions for me to try to help with her transition. Amber worked tirelessly with my baby to find common ground and a routine that worked for them. I cannot recommend ECP enough. They continue to make my child a priority, and I feel confident in their abilities to care for my baby's emotional and educational needs. Even in the infant room, they do crafts and storytime. Other honorable mentions: Heather (the owner) is such a sweetheart and easy to work with; Natalie is ridiculously tenderhearted and loves on my baby when I drop her off in the mornings. My kids went here for 3 years. I love the owner Heather; it is like having their favorite aunt take care of them. She is very knowledgeable about child development and gives them tons of outdoor time. The staff is loving, compassionate, and fun. My kids loved going there!!! read more

I absolutely love this school, from day one they have shown such love and care to our little girl, they welcomed her, potty trained her and really taught her how to love other children and how to count, sing, name her colors, and be socially active. I love the field trips they go on, it is great to know your child is out learning and doing new things. Miss Natalie, Miss Ashley, Miss Heather and Miss Sarah, are so kind and loving to her. I really don't know what we will do when we have to depart.. would not necessarily believe any negative reviews.. childcare is a case by case basis and there are 2 sides to all stories- I have never had a problem with anyone at this school. Everyone's experiences in life are different. It is understood that just because we had a terrible experience as a family at Eagle's Creative Preschool does not mean that your family will. That being said, this is about our terrible experience at Eagle's Creative Preschool. The owner/teacher was one of two teachers responsible for looking after our 3 year old daughter who was enrolled from August to early November of 2016. I grew concerned that our 3 year old was repeatedly left alone in a room with two children, approximately 4 and 8 years old, approximately three out of five days per week, each week. When I dropped her off everyday, I would have to leave her in this situation. Owner/teacher would be in another room. She appeared to strongly dislike our daughter, never inviting her in the room she was in to do art projects, etc. The other 3 year old teacher also showed great indifference to our daughter, even disdain. This feeling was present almost from the start. We knew something was wrong all along. In addition, our 10 month old daughter was allowed to play on concrete stairs in the backyard, unsupervised. When my wife picked her up after work one day, she found her with cuts on her head, a mouthful of leaves, and with 3 year-olds as her only supervision. We only knew how she got the cuts because our 3 year old witnessed it and told us. After this ongoing neglect over a 2 month period, I finally questioned the owner about what was occurring. Her response to my inquiry about the safety of both of our daughters was to send my wife a text message within 30 minutes of my questioning stating that we were not welcome back, effective immediately. We had already made future arrangements to remove our 3 year old, but had a 2 week wait. We did not want her there any longer. It was very difficult to find high quality care for our younger one, but we were fortunate and have done so. Our 3 year old LOVES her new school. She loves her teachers, and they clearly love and respect all of the children. You cannot fake this each and every day for 7 weeks, and it was obvious from the moment I went to look at he facility and meet the staff. Our daughter speaks of her current teacher constantly. She has been upset over not being able to go to school on Saturdays. While attending Eagle's "Creative" (never saw anything creative educationally occurring) Preschool, she never once (not one single time) indicated a fondness for her teachers or school in general. This after she loved her teachers and school in our former city. After removing her, she began revealing more awful treatment from staff-being yelled at for not being able to nap is one that stands out. Maybe you've had a great experience there, but we did not. The owner had no issue with throwing our children's lives into utter chaos as we scrambled to find daycare when told not to return. You cannot claim to love children, and then turn around and do something so inconsiderate as that to kids. read more

I absolutely love ECP! I've been bringing my daughter there since she was 3 months old. The baby room teachers are absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. They have helped my little girl learn and grow above and beyond the expectation level. The school is so clean and cozy. They keep illness and germs to a minimum, and it's so nice! I feel so comfortable knowing she's in great hands when I go to work everyday. They have become family and I would recommend this center to anyone! read more

Our experience with Eagle Creative and the entire staff has been WONDERFUL. The facility is as cute as can be and SO clean. The staff is warm, capable and we have come to think of them like family. Honestly, my 5 year old daughter could not be happier there. I asked her if she wanted to take a break from school for the summer before starting Kindergarten this Fall and she started cryIng she was so upset at the thought of leaving Eagle Creative. She LOVES this school, her friends and her teachers! She is more than prepared for Kindergarten because of Miss Brody's instruction and she has been so well-cared for and loved during her time there. I drop her off every day knowing that she will learn a lot and play a lot - and love every minute of it! We are truly blessed to have found this school - thank you Miss Heather, Miss Brody, Miss Ashley, and Miss Sarah for providing such wonderful care to our daughter! You guys are AMAZING! read more
