My daughter has been attending Kid'z connection for about 5 months now. She goes to Hawthorne preschool so they're able to take her half days, while I work, and walk her to and from school. The teachers are all really nice and the director has always worked with us! I read the reviews prior to enrolling my daughter and was skeptical, but we've never had any problems. They even do a yearly Christmas choir performance where they dress up! They have monthly parties or events! My 4 year old lights up when she gets to daycare, currently they've built a leprechaun trap, and the teacher even brought "security camera photos" of the leprechaun. I think the daycare has really improved from the things I've heard anyhow we love it and appreciate them! read more

I can't give anything less then one star but they are very unprofessional they talk to your child degrading and when you address them they change the way they talk but only for a few minutes.... i got there at 6:02 because traffic was a little heavy and a teacher said "omg you need to be here before 6pm ... the head teacher was like omg and rolled her eyes" i said ok "im sorry a traffic light took a little bit longer." Well it was made clear that i could not be that late even though there was still 6 children remaining. I also have video of teachers watching children be hit in the face by other children while the teacher sits and does nothing about it. read more

I wouls never send my children there! While at the park we witnessed kids running wild while the instrucrors are chatting with eachother or on their cell phones. My daughter waited very patiently I'm talking about 15 mins in line foe the zipline while kids were cutting the line and hogging it. I finally had to get uo and say sommething about it needs to be her turn and rhat what they were doing was not fair to other kids and keep in mind the instructor was on her phone less than 10ft from the problem! They tried to rane the kids in and they just went wild and So they gave up. If you want your kids running wild with no supervision here is the place to go! read more

Bad techniques and very unprofessional. They are constantly yelling at kids and even sometimes parents. The head blonde hair lady never is seen with a smile on her face. They cram as many kids in there as they can just for profit and their infant room is disgusting. Baby's laying on the floor in one spot at hours at a time covered in drool and Crumbs. It's very clear that it's a low income parent kid of place. Really just sad. I doubt they even have inspectors come in because I'm sure they would fail time and time again. They put on smiling faces when doing to first walk through but when my husband showed up to get out son unexpected, we knew we had to find somewhere else to bring him. If I could do negative stars I would... Thumbs down for this one guys! read more

The staff here is amazing! My kids love it here. Really glad we found this place.
