It was commissioned as 'Chesterfield', but it is not even close, not even close to EVEN and SYMMETRICAL. Giving two stars because the furniture has been returned, hence I have lost only labor cost and fabric, not my furniture. The owner promised to fix the chair, offered discounts but of course, right now is not responding. PO BOX ONLY business.

The tech came to my condo and tried to charge me for looking at the table and saying he had to talk…read moreto his manager. He was asking for payment and was planning to leave right then. I told him I'm not paying him for doing nothing and just to leave and supposedly talk to his manager. So he went outside and called his manager and then came back (tried re-entering without knocking) only to quote me $1,000 to take my table to the shop, which needed glue basically, and then $150 for labor ++. I didn't even pay that for the table. He then said he could try and epoxy that might not work for $580. They were terrible to schedule with. This is the epitome of bad business and advantage-taking.
