This Affinity Clinic is located adjacent to St. Elizabeth's Hospital. There is parking across the street. Continuity of care has been established. My doctor, and those who assist him, couldn't be nicer about answering questions. They work with the results of my former physicians. Not a bad wait prior to visit. Clear explanations of procedures offered, to the extent of writing them down. A well organized system here.

I have been continually frustrated with the incompetence of this business whenever I need my…read moreprescriptions refilled. Since they are Cat-C, I need to call them every month, and I have needed to allow for two weeks of leeway in order to get my refill when the last pill is gone. Now they've switched over to an electronic system that supposedly will make this process easier. Considering I called in last Wednesday, am out this Monday, and a "computer issue" means whoever is in charge can't even send my prescription to the pharmacy for a refill; I am not optimistic for any improvement in their performance.

I was told beforehand the procedure would be covered by my insurance and would cost $1000 out of pocket. Immediately after the procedure I received a bill for $10,000. After speaking with the billing department I was told my bill would be put under review but it is now April 2025 and the $10,000 bill remains and I have experienced little to no relief from my snoring and sleep apnea symptoms but the procedure caused a list of new issues such as extreme teeth sensitivity and migraines. Post Care quality was minimal to non existent, there was no x-ray or sleep study to ensure the procedure was successful, they just kept sending me texts saying my absurd bill was due. Definitely don't go here.

Specialists? Really. I went to the Ear Nose and Throat Specialists, Oshkosh office. When I…read morechecked in, they told me that I would first need an audiology check. For what I questioned? They told me for vertigo. OK??? So I found out what I knew. I have a hearing loss. Now the specialist part of this. The Specialist sat me in a chair, turned my head, had me lay down, then up, turn my head left, then right. Then the specialist proceeds to tell me that she does not know the cause of the vertigo, but she will send me to another "specialist" to relearn balance. I was in the office for 1 hour and 45 minutes to learn nothing and was promptly billed $426. Terrible. So now I get a response that they reduced it by several hundred dollars? Are you kidding me ? I get crap medical care for over a thousand dollars and they say their doing me a favor by REDUCING the bill? People, this is why everything in medical costs so much. They ROB you; and this is a at a reduced rate! JOKERS!

She is a nice person, but I don't think she either knows what she is doing, or doesn't seem to care…read moreabout making her patients better. I was referred to her 2 years ago for ear pressure with extreme vertigo. She looked in my ear & said there was nothing wrong. A few weeks later my ear drum ruptured on it's own. Once all the fluid behind my ear came out, I was instantly cured! A few weeks ago, I awoke with the same symptoms, Again I was referred to Dr. Lynch. This time my vertigo isn't even a fraction as bad as it was but still, completely affecting my life. She looked into my ear & again said she saw nothing. I told her I can actually hear the fluid sloshing around in my ear! I have had 8 doctors look in my ear & see the fluid, but the only person that can do anything about it wont! I told her I needed her to put tubes in my ears. I'm suffering terrible and am unable to work. She just gave a prescription for pain killers & told me to see a neurologist. I even told her how my ear burst last time after I saw her, and she just shrugged it off! Terribly disappointing. The least she could have done was try to put the tubes in my ear. If my insurance wouldn't have covered it, I would have paid for it myself just to get some relief! I will never see her again. I actually stared crying & begging her to help me.
