The lump is on the back of her throat and to me looks concerning also because her tonsils are red and irritated. The Dr looked at it for maybe 4 seconds and said it was extra tonsil tissue.. like.. wtf I know what the tonsils look like and im no dr but I also know tonsil tissue doesn't grow directly on the back wall of the throat. Her lump looks like a skin tag forming and isn't even connected to the tonsils. The Dr. seemed very irritated for even being there and didn't even wait to see if I had any additional questions. He looked at her throat, said tonsil tissue and told me ok were done.. you can go to the desk for check out. I WILL NOT be returning to this location for any additional appointments.

I was having an urgent medical issue, and he made time to work me into his schedule as a first time patient to try to see if he could assist. He listened and offered great suggestions. He also connected with another specialist to see if they could also try to help and followed up with me. This was over and beyond anything I anticipated, and certainly not anything he was obligated to do. I was very grateful for the time he made to see me and the effort he put forth to try to help me feel better. It was a welcomed switch from the hurried office visits you can sometimes experience with other providers these days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phillips and the South Lake Hearing and Tinnitus Center!

Went here for vertigo. The hearing test went well but then I went into the room for the vertigo…read moretreatment and it went straight downhill. The PA and her assistant came in wearing masks and were rude to me from the start. I got extremely dizzy and lightheaded after they performed the test and couldn't hear well. I told the PA that I was having a hard time understanding her with the mask and my dizziness and she stated screaming at me. Long story short, the procedure didn't work at all. I've moved to SC now and went to a physical therapist who spent an hour with me doing several maneuvers and fixed my vertigo in one session. They were also patient and nice.
