Laura his assistant was so sweet and comforting and the new massage chair I was in helped a bit too. They do not add that extra fee for gas right then if you need it like so many around town are doing. However, the women at the front desk were rather rude. I felt as though they were talking down to me and approaching my conversations with them in a confrontational manner. To be transparent, I had issues with my insurance not being in network (which they didn't mention before treatment). They then proceeded to argue with me about the fact that they told me my insurance would reimburse me and that was "just how my insurance works." When in fact that reimbursement is only because it was out of network. Then when I asked for a price breakdown (because what I owed was double what they quoted me for), they were rude and wouldn't explain the breakdown. Overall it wasn't a great experience, but the actual dental care was good.

But, the experience doesn't stop there! What a beautiful office! Everything is so clean and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, they have a comfort menu! What?! They take customer service to an entirely different level! The doctors are both phenomenal, personable, kind, caring, and funny! The assistants are amazing and you can tell they truly care about you. I don't even know where to start with their amazing hygienists! They don't "just clean teeth" they are so much more!
