Cliff checked my vehicle and found I needed an alternator mine had stopped charging my battery and my dash was lite up like Christmas. John told us he would do a compression test and make sure it wasn't something they had done. When he was finished he told me my car was basically junk. $1,000 and they could make it run for a year or so. I said forget it, and parked it and for the most part haven't driven it. My husband went out today put in a new battery and 70 bucks in plugs and wires and it works like a champ. Not only did they lie and try to squeeze money out of us but they also made no attempt to fix what they messed up. Tried to open my truck for about 2 minutes and left. They didn't call me but called the insurance company to send out a locksmith, which is super expensive and not covered by insurance. 30 minutes later Insurance called another provider scheduled to arrive in an hour. They were able to open the truck in under 5 minutes. I'm sure McCanns has some great qualities but in a pinch I wouldn't suggest them for opening a locked car.
