I specifically communicated with these individuals regarding a critical title and registration error involving a 2026 Toyota vehicle purchase. Despite clear instructions, the dealership processed documents under the wrong purchaser using an electronic signature workflow without proper disclosure. This error has not been corrected despite repeated notices and escalation to ownership. Current impact (not hypothetical -- already happened) I was issued a citation for driving an unregistered vehicle The Illinois Motor Vehicles Department refused registration due to incorrect title/assignment I am now facing court exposure, penalties, and inability to legally operate the vehicle This harm is directly caused by dealership documentation failure and delay in correction. What makes this serious This is no longer a customer service issue -- it is a compliance and liability issue: Incorrect MSO/title assignment Failure to correct after formal notice Failure to act after foreseeable legal consequences Continued inaction even after damages occurred The dealership has been provided with a standard Illinois correction mechanism (Affirmation of Correction / POA) and has all authority required to fix the issue immediately, yet has not done so. Expectation I am still requesting only one thing: Immediate corrected title or signed Illinois correction document. Warning to buyers Be extremely careful: Verify purchaser name before signing anything Do not rely on electronic signing without review Ensure ownership and title documentation is correct before leaving This situation has escalated unnecessarily due to lack of timely corrective action from dealership ownership. I expect immediate resolution.

    Was told that McCanns was coming to pick up up my son's car late at night. After the arrival time…read morepast and still no tow truck, I called back to insurance. That's the only way I found that McCanns canceled on me. Insurance said they did find another tow truck, All Hours Towing from Bellevue. No sooner than I hung up with insurance and All Hours Towing was calling me to let me know they were coming and then gave them me another call when they were 10 minutes away. I've never had another tow company do that. My son's car sits low to the ground and I found out that this tow company uses blankets to keep the car from scraping. I don't think I've ever seen a tow truck take such care in loading a car. They told me that they would call me when they delivered the car to the repair place, which they kept their word. I got even a bigger surprise when I found out that they offered to bring my son home instead of having me get dressed and drive out to pick him up. Old fashioned caring and compassionate family business, something you just don't find in today's businesses. They went above and beyond compared to the other tow companies in the area. I highly recommend this company to anyone and they have a woman driver which I know would put me more at ease if it had been me broken down. They are definitely my go-to tow company from now on. The driver was so wonderful to my son and I. A huge thank you to both Amy and Dave, I really appreciate everything you did and bringing my son home to me safely.

    Unprofessional management & incompetent staff! The…read moreincompetency of the service staff was surpassed by managements' feeble attempt at customer satisfaction! A spur-of-the-moment decision for a Labor Day weekend trip led me to the Dubuque ExpertTire for a pre-trip oil change and multiple-point inspection. On the highway, five minutes into our trip I noticed white smoke in the review mirror then noticed the oil-pressure reading ZERO! I quickly decelerated from 70 mph and shut-it-down on the shoulder. A quick check under the hood revealed the oil filter was missing...and oil all over the place, including the sides and back of my Tahoe! I called "expert tire" and they said they would send a tow truck which I said I don't have time for that...all I likely need is someone to come out with more oil, a filter and towels to wipe the oil off the windows so I could continue our trip. After pleading with the condescending manager, she agreed to send someone (five miles). Perhaps sensing my frustration, upon arrival, the young man expediently and politely got my family back on the road. The manager told me to stop in after the trip and she would "make things right". What a joke! She gave me certificates for two free oil changes that expired at the end of the year ...and it was now September 6th! I just shook my head, walked out and threw the certificates in the trash. She lost a potential long-term customer and gains an increasingly bad reputation.

    A couple of veterans suggested bringing my car to Big A Auto for my auto repairs and oil changes…read more It started with an email to Tony at Big A Auto and he replied straight away. I needed the rear brakes replaced and honestly I was worried about the cost. Tony set up an appointment to first look at the brakes to see just how bad they were, and then worked in a discount for being military/veteran. I was amazed at how much the cost for the repair was. Needless to say, thanks to my fellow veterans for recommending Big A Auto because I will bring my car here for all her needs. The customer service and honesty is tremendous, and I recommend Big A Auto to everyone! Thank you very much Big A Auto.

    It's been a few years but I am still fuming about when I brought in my Hyundai Elantra for a minor…read moreproblem. I bought the car from a family who lived next door to a good friend of mine. All three parties dealt with this. All are trustworthy and told me it needed a minor repair like a muffler. Big A Auto told me the entire under area of car had been messed up from someone who didn't know what they were doing. He said it'd be $2,000 to fix it. At the time I thought maybe the college driver had let someone work on it so I paid it. My mistake as I didn't take time to think it thru. I know the folks I bought it from were honest and long time friends. Big A lied. They showed me of a fuzzy gray video t was supposed to be the problem area but of course it meant nothing to me and was just part of the deception. I will never go back to Big A again. Since I am an older woman needing the service I think they felt they could lie to me about the car.
