When we asked if our son had a BM (constipation issues), they never knew...they would get on the phone and call someone else and then they wouldn't know. Sometimes they would say yes, he did...and I feel like they were literally making it up. Things progressively got worse from here. One night about two weeks in, my husband and I went to pick our son up. When we walked in, he was sitting in a swing getting no attention...covered in dried puke. When we picked him up, his diaper was FILLED with pee and poo and weighed no less than 2 lbs. So we changed his diaper, cleaned him off and changed his clothes and left. I was in shock in the car...thinking 'did that really just happen?' We're paying these people a lot of money to ensure our child is taken care of and this is what we get??? There is a laundry list of issues and I only have a limited amount of characters to get my point across.
