My grandson had the following issues that happened to him at this daycare. When I would pick him…read moreup, I noted that they were always understaffed and they have a high child vs teacher ratio, They have an outside play area with sand, and the sand area is not covered. Therefore, he had a lot of pink eye occurrences and had to miss school numerous days. When asked about the sand area not being covered, the response was they did not have the funds to cover it. He had sand accumulate in his pants a lot and one time he was trying to get the sand out, the director pulled him into her office and questioned him about sexual occurrences at home. This incident scared him and he told his parents. He thought he was in trouble and didn't know what he did wrong. When parents asked to see a video of said accusations, the director had excuses about why the video was not available. When the video was finally found, it showed my grandson getting sand out of his pants. However, when it happened again, the director called the police to question him. The police told us it was an unwarranted claim. We immediately pulled him from this facility.

Its really true that you see peoples true colors in a moment of crisis. From day one of COVID Primrose has communicated and enforced safety protocols so effectively we never questioned leaving our son in their care or worried about any un necessary exposure. We also use Primrose for our sons online schooling on Wednesday and have been just blown away with how smoothly his education has continued thru remote learning under their care, we know this is not a small task for the Educators, we are so greatful! I transferred to this school halfway through the school year when I was in 5th grade. It was an amazing decision, and I am so glad I did it. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and welcoming. The teachers are all very encouraging and they continue to help me, as well as my classmates grow in their faith every day. I am now in 8th grade, and I plan to graduate here, because of my love for this wonderful school. Our kids graduated at the top of their high school class and I believe it was because they got a great basic education here, as well as learning Bible verses and being encouraged to grow in their faith. The teachers are so genuine and caring toward the students, and you can tell they truly want the best for them while encouraging them to reach their full potential. Small classroom ratios paired with gently encouraging children to reach new heights create an environment where every child is truly seen, supported, and able to grow. When my son first started, he was a little behind with his speech. However, after beginning at Honey Tree & Branches, he quickly caught up. The staff have become like a second family not only to him, but to all of us. His teachers have helped him expand his Spanish comprehension, supported him academically to the point that he was able to move from Pre-Kindergarten straight to First Grade, and most importantly, they have always kept him safe and happy. I know that some people believe the facility suppresses children's personalities, but that has never been our experience. My son is bright and full of energy, and he has always been able to express himself while also learning that school comes with rules and appropriate behavior expectations. They strike a great balance between structure and allowing kids to be creative and unique. They also provide balanced nutrition while allowing them the independence to say "yes, please" or "no, thank you" to food options being served. I was initially very nervous about starting my one-year-old daughter because she has significant separation anxiety. However, the patience and reassurance her teachers have shown her has been nothing short of a blessing and has truly put my heart at ease. Within just the first month of attending, she has already gained confidence, started counting, and participates in group activities. Overall, we absolutely love Honey Tree & Branches and what they provide for our family. I truly believe a lot depends on communication between parents and staff. When you are open about your concerns or your child's needs, they are very responsive and work quickly to address them appropriately.

Classes were packed with the info needed to pass the exam in a 3 1/2 day format. The pass rate is over 70% on the first exam, which is higher than any other real estate training school I have found. The instructor were super informative and real experts on the material. Thanks so much!
