They made a critical mistake by forgetting to answer an important question, which the immigration office flagged and informed me about. I went back to them and pointed out their mistake, asking them to correct it and resubmit the form. Shockingly, they forgot again. This happened because the person handling my case passed it off to another employee who was careless and unqualified. When I asked them to take responsibility and pay for the appeal, they refused and only offered a refund. But a refund doesn't fix the damage they caused. The consultation itself lasted just five minutes, during which the lawyer, Mohamad, hung up without answering further questions. The secretary was equally unprofessional, responding to messages only once a week, if at all, and largely ignoring my attempts to follow up. They called me at 4am at night clearly after indicating my time zone to them which is California time. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Terrible terrible service!

He didn't even tell me before about this issue. Basically I was forced to pay this since I was in the middle of that case. Since my case was taking long, I was asking questions on every steps to make sure everything is alright. However, he barely reply my questions. He totally ignored my emails, messages. If I send 5 messages, I get one answer after a long period of time. Then one day, to my surprise this lawyer gave me a rude reply that I have never expected from him. That reply stops me sending message, email or any kind of further communication with them. He wrote: ""Dear Mr. Hasan: You have exceeded the number of questions allowed in your fee. You have made over 100 contacts with us. Many of your inquiries are not within the scope of our work and are unnecessary. If you going to go to USCIS website and make up questions, we are not prepared to answer them. Your case is being processed at a normal pace. All additional inquiries, questions, e-mails and phone calls will incur $20 charge each time (from now on). If you do not pay, we will withdraw from your case."" Well, he could tell me that in proper way. What kind of professionalism is that? Instead he threatened me with charging $20 for each message/email. He also threatened to withdraw the case. If you cannot answer/handle your client, you better change your profession. I paid you to answer my questions, understand? If I knew the process I would have been filed by my own. I wouldn't hire you. Then again when the case was approved he started to behave nicely. He texts and emails me almost everyday. At the end he begged me to give him a 5 star review. Unbelievable! You got this! This lawyer was good in the past but nowadays he became greedy, very poor at communication, take the case longer than expected. Find a better lawyer than him.

My attorney repeatedly remarked that their handling was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. A short list of issues (from a very long list!) includes continuously responding late to my lawyer, lying on the paperwork that they drafted so my lawyer would have to spend more time (and more of my money) to get them to correct items like my birthdate, income, etc. They dragged things out so much, which I assume is a tactic used to milk their clients for additional hours. Our divorce took almost a year longer than it should have! At one point I had to go their office to retrieve paperwork that they were legally required to submit by a timeline- when I arrived they only printed a fraction of what we were supposed to. Again and again this is how they mismanaged our case. And now, a year after the divorce has been final and they still haven't submitted the paperwork properly to the courts for the dispersion of the pensions (QRDO's). After leaving multiple messages, I finally received a call back from the office who then preceded to connect me to him for a meeting over the phone... he got on the line and literally screamed at me and hung up! So incredibly rude. It is because of his offices mistakes that they continue to cause these issues. I didn't request a phone call meeting with him- all I want to know is where is our QDRO in process!? 2 of the 3 QDRO's are completed and filed in the courts. The 3rd one is just floating in their dysfunctional and disgraceful office. The entire system of divorce attorneys is a complete and utter sham, taking advantage of people who are already struggling thru one of the most difficult periods of their life. This office is inept at representing their own clients, and lacks any sense of decorum. Please save yourself the time, energy and money and find another lawyer that may still rob you, but maybe at least they'll treat you and your soon to be ex-spouse with bit of respect or common decency. Regardless of us filing for divorce- we were married for 30 years and have 3 children together. The least a respectable attorney could do is treat all parties respectfully. Absolutely disgraceful.
