I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.

I discovered that my 5 Ton WaterFurnace Air Handler Unit (in the attic) had standing water in the secondary drain pan. This means that my primary drain pan under the coil was either stopped up or leaking. (Nobody wants leaking water in their attic). I called my HVAC Experts at Indoor Climate and they immediately came out to determine the best course of action. Doug found that the primary inside drain pan was cracked and leaking into the secondary drain pan. He had a new one ordered and he came back with John and installed it today. Amazingly, they were able to remove the old interior drain pan (man was it in bad shape) and install the new in just an hour. Doug and John worked as dedicated professionals and even made my wife happy by cleaning up after their work. They checked out the operation of the unit, and the drain, and reported their findings to me and their office. Brian, the owner of Indoor Climate even offered me a 20% discount on the estimate because of Doug and John's expertise. Doug shared with me that this was the fourth one they've replaced this year. My next door neighbor recommended Indoor Climate because he trust them to maintain all of his rental properties. It can be a challenge to find the right people to do a good job.
