This review is primarily for the cafe portion of the Shoppe. While the drink menu is broad, my go-to is the Tiramisu Latte, a great blend of sweet, expresso, and cinnamon. The chai is also good- they have five varieties to chose from in various spice combinations, some stronger than others. They have milk alternatives, such as oat milk, though they do cost a little extra. If you're a tea person this is a nice place to go because they have a really big selection of teas on hand, from various black tea blends, white tea, and herbal. The baked goods have always been yummy. I am partial to their chocolate chip cookie as it has a dash of cayenne to make it a little more interesting and tasty. Earthbound has a rewards program for their drinks so after so many punches/marks you get a free beverage. There is a small discount if you bring your own reusable cup. They have some seating inside but I've never sat there, nor seen anyone else at the tables, so I always sorta assumed it was for the metaphysical services. In good weather there is dedicated outdoor seating. (I usually grab and go though.) As far as the metaphysical part of the Shoppe, it seems nice! There are lots of crystals, candles, herbs, incense, and books. The items of offer are largely sorted into specific areas. They have a whole host of offerings on magick, astrological, tarot, and other metaphysical classes, events, and services. Parking- there is a lot for cars out front. It is on a bus route. There's no bike racks nearby that I have noticed. read more

I love this shop! The employees are all super knowledgeable about the products they sell, and are willing to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. If you're just getting into this metaphysical world, they are welcoming and helpful. For those experienced, they have an array of products and always getting new stuff in. This shop has the best coffee I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere in the place is calming, and very friendly staff. Julie has knowledge of 99.9% of everything in the store and was wonderful helping me out. Whether you are just starting out with herbal remedies or have been doing it forever, they have everything you need. Books, Candles, Herbs, Crystals...you name it they have it. I cannot say enough good things about this family run business. There aren't many metaphysical shops in the Syracuse area, but this one shines brighter than any other. As for the coffee, I would rather go out of my way to come here for my caffeine fix than any other coffee joint in Syracuse. The owner's teas are a family recipe, making them not only delicious, but sentimental. On top of plenty of types of flavors and roasts to choose from, their coffee is always fresh and brewed to absolute perfection. You simply can't go wrong. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however this store is on the pricier side, so be aware of that. I did notice that the store sold gris-gris bags, which are rooted in African diasphoric spiritual practices, as well as other supplies rooted in African practices. It would have been nice to see a sign that explained the origin of the objects and whether they were made by a black practitioner or whether this was just another form of appropriation/gentrification of POC witchcraft. read more

Love this place. When you first walk in it smells wonderful. Also big and open they offer a lot of things from crystals, ritual items, candles, books, etc. But I can't forget their amazing coffee, teas and chocolates they have. Friendly staff and very helpful. Answer all my questions how to start out and what I can do to help me on my path. If I could give this place more the 5 stats I would. But I will be back and will be recommending this place to my friends and coworkers. read more
