Never judge a book by its cover. I truly believe that after visiting the Center. Upon driving up to this place you might second guess yourself if you compare it to Mirbeau, but don't. Once you walk in the decoration and atmosphere is awe-inspiring. The witty receptionist brings smiles and puts you at ease. My massage with Kelly M. Was an out of body experience. By far the best massage therapist I have ever came across, ever. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I do. I've been to Woodcliff and Shear Ego; trust me when I say this was not just on their level but better. Enjoy. read more

I had an appointment for a Swedish massage this afternoon and I absolutely love this day spa! From the moment I walked into the reception area I was greeted immediately and kindly. The facility is decorated beautifully and is clean and all staff I encountered was polite and professional. My massage therapist was Kelly and she was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I feel the environment and the service is of exceptional value and I recommend to anyone coming to Auburn area. They offer a variety of services and can be found on Facebook and Instagram read more

Formely a gothic style church and school, The Center is a newly renovated 12,000 sq-foot facility located at 1 Hoffman St. in Auburn, NY. The Center was founded by Mary Ann Giacona, and is truly a place where you can take charge of your life and experiance a lyfestyle of wellbeing. With over a dozen health care professionals and more than two dozen natural health treatments The Center's philosophy to health caters to the whole of the individual (body, mind, spirit, and emotion). Rather than managing symptoms, The Center's approach seeks to get to the root cause and change the course of the disorder as well as advocating preventive medicine with spa type services, fitness and self-empowerment programs to keep a person healthy. Mary Ann Giacona holds a Masters in Theology and is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Energy Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience in complementary and alternative medicine.

I had such a beautiful and relaxing experience here today. I did the hydrotherapy bath (sooo comfortable and perfect temp, and right next to the fireplace), along with a massage. I've been to Mirbeau and wanted to try something new nearby; The Center did not disappoint. Catlyn did an amazing job with my massage and worked in all the right spots. The space is large and the staff is wildly accommodating. I rented the smaller room for a party and am so happy that I did. When i was running late, Maryanne rushed to the kitchen area to make sure I had al the help I needed. I had absolutely no vision for the party, they put everything together and made the night special for everyone. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more
