It worries us to think that corners were cut on other parts of the job and that we will have new and potentially more damaging shortcuts surface in the future... Correspondence after wards could be improved, as I've waited a while for a call back that later was admitted to have been forgotten, but all in all, they've got a pretty streamlined process. Jobs are all inclusive and clearly stated. They start and end on time for the most part, thanks to his formidable work force, but I have had a project get extended for a few days due to a work site emergency elsewhere that required immediate attention.
