He said he would have to come back and finish on another day. He wHe begged to be paid at the end of the day. He does not own his own equipment and said he had to pay rental fees. We were foolish and paid him in advance before he was done. My husband made him hand write on the receipt that the job was not complete. He started in early July and it is now November 2nd. He claimed for two weeks his son was in the hospitale. He made a huge mess and left dirt mounds and cat tails that were five feet high. I posted a bad review on his facebook page. Two other families contacted me and said they have similar situations and they were taking him to small claims court. One of the families he started their job the day after he told us he was having to stay in the hospital with his wife. We are filing with small claims this week.
