I couldn't resist buying a hibiscus that was flowering and looked so pretty. It needed to be transplanted to a bigger pot but I don't see one there that looked big enough so I bought one at Home Depot instead. It is also doing really well. We looked at the rose bushes but they didn't have the size and color I wanted so decided to go elsewhere for that. Overall it was a good experience and I would come here again.

She was very happy that I brought the pot sizes as well as where I intended to place them (sun/shade). Pricing is a bit on the high side but honestly, the stock is beautiful, healthy and the variety is abundant. Add in the personal attention I received and it was money well spent because a multitude of choices were offered for the specific types of plants I needed. If I wasn't really liking something she suggested, we moved on. She was so helpful! On my next visit I will take some time to browse inside the store, they had some lovely gift ideas but time wasn't on my side at that point. Such a fun outing! (As for getting there, I-65 South was fine on the way there even though a significant stretch is under construction. The return was jammed so we came back on Hwy 31. I was in a hurry when I bought two flats of Mixed Heatwave Vinca; so, I didn't make it to all the other sections of the nursery and that's my loss. There's a tree section; a shrubbery section; an indoor greenhouse and on and on. This place is big! In addition to the annuals, I should've also bought a hanging basket for my Mom for Mother's Day, because there were some beautiful arrangements.
