Big job, but they worked very efficiently, fit me in more quickly than I thought they might (before winter, when I only moved in beginning of Sept!), and were super professional and friendly. All of the quotes I received indicated they would need to dig a trench around 6 feet wide and at least 8 feet long and would require tearing up the city sidewalk as well as removing my chain link fence. Sonny from Down Under only needed a 4 foot X 4 foot wide trench and never even touched the fence. Minimal disturbance and done quickly with the absolute minimum of fuss. They pulled all the permits and took care of everything including communicating with both my tenants and plumber. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to use Down Under again.
