Paolo is a scumbag thief. We had an agreed upon rate for concrete work which he then kept…read morerequesting more and more funds. When we finally told him we would no longer pay him additional funds he simply stopped coming and left the job 1/4th of the way done. The work that was completed is uneven and dangerous. We had to pay a real company to come and fix his amateur mistakes. Overall do not recommend. Job took way longer than advised, he underestimated price then tried to correct it after the job had started. We even had him sign a contract however he knows he owns nothing so what can you sue him for? He is broke and not good at laying concrete.
