These guys were really great. The price was great too and now i have my dream irrigation system. I love using my phone for everything and now i can control every aspect of my irrigation system directly from my phone, anywhere in the world. My old system was an indexing valve system with an old fashioned and antiquated timer box. Very limited control over each watering zone. Their employee Paul came to my property very promptly, got straight to work and didn't take a break for 6 hours. I did offer him water and soda which he politely accepted. Paul really is at the top of his game. Professional as well as a nice guy to talk to and ask all of my questions and concerns. His explanation of every aspect was very well presented to me. Definitely recommend these guys. They are pros and actually answer their phone unlike other guys. read more

This company was dishonest with pricing. Technician quoted price for part and labor for $350 to change Toro 1 1/2 inch valve, but client ended up paying $423 Dollars for just replacement a new Valve. Time spent to replace the a new Valve was 30mins. Bait and switch is not the right way to do business! I would not recommend this business! read more

Emil and his crew are amazing!! They worked with us to turn our ugly yard, into a beautiful yard. Emil did everything we asked for and went above and beyond out expectations!! We've used this company prior for our irrigation needs. Always s great job done, Emil is extremely hands on with all the work being done by his crew. Everyone who works there is great We highly recommend using this company for your yards needs irrigation and landscaping. So glad we found East Coast Irrigation & Landscaping when we purchased our home. This is the only company we will use for all our yard needs. Jacob & Victor did a great job replacing all of our sprinkler heads in the yard! We had a small adjustment problem & they returned the next day to correct it. They were thorough & efficient, in fact they showed us a battery on the control panel that we didn't even know we had after almost 15 years! It obviously needed to be replaced, lol. We were also impressed that they were able to schedule us in only a couple of weeks instead of almost 6 weeks that others had mentioned. Great company & great people to work with! read more

This company sends out associates that have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I've spent hours with them and they have spent hours working on the new system that they installed that still doesn't work! What a waste of money! They have replaced parts (after weeks of waiting and multiple calls from me reminding them that the system is still down) the system still isn't working correctly. They guaranteed me the BEST WATER and we have yet to see it! Recently the main PVC line running to the well pump cracked and hundreds of gallons of water started pouring out of the garage. The house was vacant at the time so I'm lucky the neighbors called me!! The plumber showed me where the fitting had been put on to tight and cracked at the thread. The owner of the company said someone must have hit it causing it to break. The unit had been vacant for more than a month. I'm so sorry I invested so much time and money with a company that hires unknowledgeable associates and has no respect for their customers but instead finds any way possible to push the blame on anyone else. If they have good quality equipment and knowledgeable employees they would back their equipment and do the right thing!! read more

MR. JAMES BARNES (the manager) IS USELESS! We paid $339 for a well and water system inspection for a home we were purchasing. The technician was amazing, thorough, and very informative. He was contagiously passionate about his job. The technician conducted the inspection at 9am on a Wednesday and said we would have an invoice by the end of the day. Then nothing. I left messages (since they do not pick up during business hours half the time) on Thursday and Friday. We needed the report by Friday close-of-business for the home seller to fix the issues. Friday afternoon, I finally got through to a female who transferred my call to Mr. Barnes. Mr. Barnes is arrogant and lectured me about how these reports "take time". When he finally did email the information to us, it did not match what the inspector/technician had told us. Mr. Barnes omitted several things the technician stated and added things that the technician did not tell us! Where did Mr. Barnes get this information!?!?! Mr. Barnes will not respond to my emails or phone calls (it is now Thursday of the following week). He is conveniently not available! It is past the inspection period for the seller to make repairs, so not only are we out the $339, but also the repairs we need to have clean water in our home! Thank you Mr. Barnes...you are truly useless! And if you read this review, hopefully you do not do business with Mr. Barnes; he has already lost our business! AJC read more

I have had East Coast Irrigation service all my sprinkler system needs and they are awesome! Paul came out several times for repairs, pump installation and each time his work was absolutely stellar! His knowledge, workmanship and friendliness are second to none. I will wait a month for Paul for future work if I have to. I don't want anyone else working on my sprinkler system. East Coast, you have a jewel in Paul, you better give that man a good raise. If you ever lose him it will be a sad day! read more

Had East Coast expand my sprinkler system to backyard. They stripped the yard, laid sod and also put river rock around my pool. Professional, prompt service and they cleaned more than they dirtied! Can't recommend highly enough. read more

I had this company come out and install an 8 zone irrigation system and over 5,000 sq ft of Floratam/St Augustine sod in mid to late June of this year. The guys were nice and seemed knowledgeable installing the Irrigation portion. They subcontracted out the sod install and it was done near the end of June. My sod is over 70% dead due to disease now. East coast set my watering for every day for an hour per zone. After 3 weeks, the sod began to turn yellow with fungus everywhere. I immediately called 5 lawn maintenance companies to inspect and offer a solution. 3 of them, Massey, Slug-A-Bug, and Tru-Green all said my entire lawn was full of grey leaf and brown patch fungus, two showed me sod webworms. All said they could treat right away, but there wasn't much that could be done since East Coast failed to set or educate me on the proper watering schedule, or inspected the new sod for pests found. I immediately chose a company who has been treating it aggressively ever since, but it continues to die out. I have spent over $8000 and $4200 of it was sod alone. East Coast Irrigation has been out several times, but never offered to correct or remedy my problem. I don't complain over small stuff, but the lack of concern or responsibility for the issue has me spreading the word on who NOT to use for Irrigation and sod services. The referring company is embarrassed over my problem as well, and will not refer them again. Every day I go outside, I get disgusted with my new DEAD sod. read more

My neighbor had an irrigation company at their home... so I asked the company for a quote to fix my sprinkler system. They said they could repair it (replace index and hydraulic valve) for $750 or better yet convert the system to a digital for $1000. I called East Coast Irrigation as I had worked with them in the past to get a quote. They quoted $450 to replace the index / hydraulic OR convert system to electrical / digital for $745. WOW! That was a big difference! So obviously, I went with East Coast Irrigation. They converted the sprinkler system to a new digital system. They did a great job! My yard is coming back to life. read more

Great company! I had them redo my sprinkler system last year. They made some great changes that helped to encompass my whole yard; my old system missed several spots. Everyone was very polite and efficient. The only complaint I have is that I really hate where they located my timer. It's now outside, on the other side of my house, whereas before it was in my garage. It was probably easier for them to not remove my old timer to install the new one, but I wish now I wouldn't have went along with it. read more

This company was contracted to repair our sprinkler system on one of our rentals. Service Tech came out and looked at wires in timer box. The wiring and zone references were in a clear zip lock bag attached to the timer box. He did not look at the diagram, he just pulled out some wires and crossed the two blue wires. Then he tested it and nothing worked. He called us on the telephone and told us the wire was bad from the timer box to the sprinkler pump. He quoted us $618 to run a new wire. My husband told him to forget it, because he knew that wasn't what was wrong with the system. When my husband checked out the system, he found the old pump seal was leaking. He also uncrossed the blue wires and the pump ran fine. When we called the main office to discuss repairs they said they were only getting $60 for this call and they normally get $125 and it wasn't worth their time. After replacing the pump, everything worked fine. If my husband had not known better we would have paid for unnecessary repairs and it still would not be fixed. We cannot recommend this Company due to their poor quality of service & excessive charges. read more
