He put in a drain pipe connected to my downspout and a drain box on the other side of my screen door both connected to a drain pipe that led to a bubbler about twenty feet away. He assured me that this would take care of my drainage issues, or he would come back and fix it. When the work was completed I paid him in full and when it rained later that day, and ever since, the flooding around my door and onto my patio continued. It took him two weeks to come back and look at the problem and he has not returned my calls since. So I am out $625 and still have the flooding issue. I do not recommend him any longer.

My husband has spoken to people multiple times when calling in and they say someone will come out and no one ever has. When we originally got our pavers put in they looked great but upon further inspection, we realized that they are slanting down towards our house. So now even with the slightest rain, our back porch floods (which connects to our house door). We will never use this company again. Especially with living in Florida all of the hurricanes that we get, it has ruined our backyard. We are concerned it will eventually flood our house because of how slanted they are. Steve is very knowledgeable and knows his trade. He's not a "here, but this and that" or "replace…read moreit all" kind a guy. He really takes the time to listen to your problem and look at your system to see what the best and economical way to solve your problem. I brought a very old (probably 10 years old) and rusty pump from the previous owner of our house that's making a lot of noise. After taking a long look at it, and after all the options have been weighed, we decided that replacing the pump would be more economical than repairing it. Plus, it's no longer being manufactured. So he told me to come back to pick it up. I expected to pick up a used, beat up, refurbished one for the price, but when I came to the shop, it was like a brand new pump. It was completely whisper quiet. It was so quiet in my back yard that I can actually hear the wind rustling through the trees. My next visit was for a cracked housing on the suction side due to overheating when my son ran the pump with no water flowing through it for about 12 hours. Now the pump is sucking air through the crack. Since it's no longer being manufactured, instead of trying to sell me completely new pump, he advised me to put epoxy on the crack while the pump is running to let it get sucked into the cracks. I did that and added a hose clamp to keep the crack from growing further. That did the job! Should be good enough for several years until it's time to get a whole new pump. I also like the fact you can text Steve pictures and videos so he can give you advise even before bringing your pump or while you work on whatever equipment you get from him.
