When he found out it was me again his attitude was terrible and again he would not listen and kept interrupting. I said:" I just wont pay anything and then I am sure someone will call and discuss my issues. His response: "Go ahead and I will have you in collections" GREAT CUTOMER SERVICE!!! When I pay good hard earned money for a project and have questions I only expect to be treated decently and not talked down to. I said I want to cancel all further treatments with Spasato. He said: "you cant cancel until you send me a letter in writing stating that". I really don't remember signing any contract stating that clause. SO DISAPPOINTED!!
