I say all this to make the point that The Computer Doctor in Greenville is by far the best experience I've had. He took my Dell laptop that was booting up at a snail's pace and CONSTANTLY updating for some reason and, after one overnight's work, had it running so well it was unbelievable. I'm not sure what I had done to mess it up so badly, but he fixed it. It now boots up in less than 2 minutes (used to be it could take up to 30 min) and is running like a charm. It bubbles, I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I called ifixnc to see if they could replace the screen, since their screen protector was a lie and the lady said I would have to pay them to redo the screen. I can fix my phone myself, all you have to do is order the parts. Ifixnc lost my business. sad because I've trusted them for over 4 years.
