Then when the guy picked up it took him atleast 5-7 times to get it correct. my yard is completely trashed, see pictures for yourself. Now let's talk about customer service... Brianna is disrespectful and puts the blame on us for all things discussed. Also there was never a stated amount for the ton overage costs, and according to her we as customers need to make sure to ask all questions about everything that this company has to offer. We had our first snow of the season yesterday. It was only about 3 inches, so some people might…read morenot want plowing. DumpPros called me to ask whether I wanted our driveway plowed. I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!
