    Fredericton Toyota

This has to be the worst service department in Fredericton. They don't get back to you when they…read morehave your vehicle. When they say they will pick you up they don't (they don't even let the guy that drives the shuttle know) when you escalate and ask to speak to the owner nothing. They don't care about your business. Not to mention I asked for something on my vehicle when I bought it and it wasn't added. WARNING do not buy a Toyota in Fredericton because you will have to deal with these people. A simple oil change will leave you sitting the whole day. They have no idea how to book an appointment or how to treat a customer.

Warning: Toyota Rav 4 became a missile launcher! For over 15…read moreyears we have had the same kayaks & Thule J racks & carried these all over Atlantic Canada & Maine for the most part on Ford vechicles with no issues. Recently while travelling back from NS with our kayaks on the highway between Halifax & Truro, without warning, whistling or tapping; both Toyota installed crossbars snapped off, sending our kayaks which were still attached to the Thule racks & toyota crossbars tumbling down the highway! Fortunately it was 9 am on a Sunday morning & traffic was light for that highway. Luckily no one was injured or killed as a result! Fast forward to our interactions with Fredericton Toyota & Toyota Canada who will take no responsibility based on an engineer's report that we should have had them tied in front & back as well. The problem here is there is no place to attach a rope or a strap or a hook unless it's the thin fibreglass front & back bumpers. Toyota promotes SUV's versatility with weekend activities like kayaking & biking; they actually have tv ads and printed ads that show Rav 4's with kayaks on them exactly the way we had ours attached. We are frustrated with their lack of responsibility from a consumer safety perspective and instead of using this as education etc. when they sell their product, they are choosing to play the blame game with us. Anybody who has a Rav 4 with the cross bars & carry kayaks, PLEASE, go to your dealer & have them checked for any issues & maybe a place to tie them on to front & back. If you are ever behind someone with kayaks on a Rav 4, with or without front & back tie downs.....KEEP YOUR DISTANCE BEHIND THEM BECAUSE THEY COULD LET GO AT ANY TIME! IT SHOULD NOT BE INCUMBENT ON US TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE; however, we are disappointed & angry with Toyota's lack of concern for safety and their lack of action speaks volumes about the quality of their Consumer Safety. Therefore; we are trying to get this safety warning out there across the Country!

Our…read more2024 mustang has 2 broken cargo support brackets which, the technician says was our fault despite not having loaded heavier than the car tires. This lands us with a bill of $2,000. This technician refused to talk to us, (shifty) the manager dismissed us and told us to contact Ford Canada- - they are definitely not looking for repeat customers!

What should have been the excitement of owning a brand new Mustang turned into an absolute disaster…read morethanks to Riverview Ford. I brought my car in five separate times for A/C warranty repairs. Every visit ended with "it's fixed," and every time it absolutely was not. Five attempts, zero solutions. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse. After finally taking the car to another shop, I was informed that parts Riverview Ford explicitly told me were replaced under warranty had never been replaced at all. That is beyond incompetence and firmly into dishonesty. While all this was happening, my car was also hit in Riverview Ford's lot when someone backed into it. Yes, they disclosed the damage and repaired it--but the bumper came back with a different shade of black paint, and I was essentially told to just accept it on a brand new vehicle. Between the repeated failed repairs, false claims about warranty work, and damage done to my car, the experience became so stressful and exhausting that I ultimately sold the Mustang just to be free of the situation. Riverview Ford managed to turn a dream car into a constant source of frustration. I would not trust this dealership with a vehicle I cared about.
