I bought a 2010 chevy Equinox with the extended warranty had it up for some warranty work and asked about my extended warranty thought it should be ok but when they looked it up in the computer the girl said by your miles you will probably only have a few weeks left so i left it as that I had the suv sense I bought it February 9th 2012 and had the warranty work done may 13th 2013 .. well came july 2014 my suv became a money Pitt i put senior after senior on it the put a new engine in the SUV in october the all of a sudden i got a letter from GMC Canada telling me their my be a problem with my oil rings so i called gmc Canada talked to a nice lady their and told her my issues and concerns she advised me to talk to the sales manager because my extended warranty was not showing a gmc Canada. well when i went back to O'LARRY in Fredericton the manager said oh your extended warranty just ran out in September and the extended warranty you bought does not show in our computer that is way it looked like your warranty was running out ...so i said basic this is a way to screw buyers out of 2100.00 $ he nodded his head and i said you will not help me he said sorry I then said ok when i leave your office i will be going t,o a Ford dealer all he said was sorry to hear that why should he care he got my money . so i left his office that day went and bought me a new ford Suv and will never buy a GMC or Chevrolet product again and I was a loyal Chevy girl till this experience ..... so buyer beware for extended warrantys.....

This technician refused to talk to us, (shifty) the manager dismissed us and told us to contact Ford Canada- - they are definitely not looking for repeat customers!

What should have been the excitement of owning a brand new Mustang turned into an absolute disaster…read morethanks to Riverview Ford. I brought my car in five separate times for A/C warranty repairs. Every visit ended with "it's fixed," and every time it absolutely was not. Five attempts, zero solutions. That alone is unacceptable. It got worse. After finally taking the car to another shop, I was informed that parts Riverview Ford explicitly told me were replaced under warranty had never been replaced at all. That is beyond incompetence and firmly into dishonesty. While all this was happening, my car was also hit in Riverview Ford's lot when someone backed into it. Yes, they disclosed the damage and repaired it--but the bumper came back with a different shade of black paint, and I was essentially told to just accept it on a brand new vehicle. Between the repeated failed repairs, false claims about warranty work, and damage done to my car, the experience became so stressful and exhausting that I ultimately sold the Mustang just to be free of the situation. Riverview Ford managed to turn a dream car into a constant source of frustration. I would not trust this dealership with a vehicle I cared about.

I thought that was a lot but booked the appointment for the morning of august 20th. When I arrived at the service area I was told the cost for each issue would be $200 plus tax each. So $400 plus tax not to have any work done but to have my a/c and brakes checked. I said I was told it was told it would be $159 plus tax. She was not interested in what I was telling her so I opted to have them only check the a/c. When the appointment was done I was told there was nothing wrong with my a/c. I paid $217.05 and left. The next day while running errands my a/c did the same thing that it was doing before. It runs cold initially then it runs warm. What a waste of my time and money.

Went for a test drive and though they reduced the price to try to get in my budget, it wasn't low enough for me. The one I ended up buying was a trade-in that they had just got, good condition also confirmed by pre-inspection. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions about registering and stuff (like I said, was away for a long time). Even lowered the price to well within my budget - no b.s. back and forth which I very much appreciated. Did the detailing work to clean it up the week after all the paperwork was complete, and on Christmas Eve so they honour their word. Still working well! Highly recommend this dealership.
