Highly recommend! Recently purchased a home in Indian Harbour Beach and got a few quotes for a shadow box fence. AAA's quote was in line with the others BUT the communication, service, etc got my business. Materials were scarce due to COVID but they called periodically with updates. They worked through all permits. They knew the dates I would be at the property and started the project a month sooner than they thought to match my dates. At the start of the project, they were given a couple of challenges and they handles them GREAT. I moved the location of the gate and had to go through the HOA. They were totally accommodating and waited through the delay as well as helped get their internal approvals The yard had a long dip and they altered the alignment of the fence to look and functional fantastic They proactively ensure my sprinklers would be okay and advised where I needed to move a few. They walked me through it, installed the fence to not cause any issues and flagged the sprinkler heads The office called me before, during and after to ensure my satisfaction. Service is just as important as results and they are GREAT at both. The wood, hardware and gates are beautiful and will last many years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

I'm so glad we decided to go with this fence company. They were a little pricier than others, but we've learned since then that you get what you pay for. AAA was very professional from the time the estimator came out to give us a price - he even spoke to our neighbor on our behalf- until the last picket was put up. The 2 guys who built our fence were quiet,quick, and very friendly. It took them an extra day to finish, but that's because they inspect every picket before putting it up and the batch they had one day was bad. They returned the next day with new ones and worked hard to finish. Since they build their fences onsite, they're able to work with the slopes and rises of your property and give you as straight a line as they can. We are very very pleased with our fence and would definitely recommend them to others. I was impressed. read more

Barbara, then you are mistaken again. There was not anything to listen to unless the phone call was recorded on your end on 7/16/21. I provided a screenshot below of when I spoke to someone at your office (just over 3 min) and scheduled for a quote to which no one showed up to! No, I am not mistaking this for another company. Nothing was provided to me AT ALL saying someone would be out at my place yesterday! Your comment, "there was nothing scheduled prior to the appointment you're discussing, nor was there anything stated to remind you of the appointment." My point. Your team messed this up for me and your employee who came out. I was told an email was going to be sent with the appointment we discussed over the phone; your team should up on the wrong day as I already moved my appointments and meetings for work to accommodate the quote. And I also told the qoman on the phone I was interested in more than one type of fence and so for her to tell him to only contact me via email was also so very wrong. Also, as you can see the screenshot proves the only times I called. Once when I tried to get back to Michelle who left a voicemail and the second time to let you know the issue. That's all. I have hired these people before after Hurricane Irma, and had a few issues with estimates. I tried them again ( giving them another chance) and the estimate was was very high. By the time they came my neighbor had repaired 16 feet of fence and sunk a new post. They replaced 3 posts with concrete estimate was almost $900.00 AAA in turn swapped out the 16 feet of fence and post I paid for, by securing about 40 feet of the other neighbors side with nails and screws. I hardly think 3 posts and screws and nails cost them $900.00. After trying to negotiate with the company they offered me $125.00 rebate. Make sure you get an itemized estimate from these people right from the beginning. I feel that I was taken advantage of. They could have been a little more rational about the equity if the job. They spoke of gas prices and delivery from Palm Bay, ( address is Cocoa) having to move items in the way, and labor prices. "Everything has gone up in price" plus they told me I got a discount because I was a repeat customer. I think they are having trouble getting workers. Be advised, be very careful before you sign anything . read more

I don't recommend hiring this company. I made it very clear prior to signing the contract that I needed the installation date promised as soon as possible. I was provided an ideal specific date for installation by Ron, the appraiser. So I signed the contract and provided a check. I even went as far as to contact Barbara, the owner to inquire about the holdup and lack of communication in regards to the already passed time frame. I received a call two days later. She was completely unaware of the original promised installation date, did not recall our previous conversation, and I was informed that the fence wouldn't be installed until the materials arrived, which is now at the end of November. Barbara, nor Ann, call to follow-up or inform you of the delay. Barbara was extremely unprofessional and rude. At this point I hope that the fence is installed in November and is done properly without further issues. This wasn't the cheapest quote, but the quickest promised installation date. I will NOT be referring them to anyone. I don't know how they've managed to stay in business for 20 years. Unbelievable! read more

Great experience with this company, considering the challenges getting product from any company right now. Pricing was very competitive. We had a pool built and needed one gate installed first to meet requirements for the inspection. This was done on time and the team really took time to ensure we were happy with it. They kept us updated on the install date for the remainder of the fence, and had the rest done in a day and half. We selected the white PVC and the quality looks much better than some of our neighbors with similar fences. Thanks! read more

First I have to say that the fence looks great and have received many compliments on it. The guys who installed it were very nice and knew what they were doing. Installation was quick and only took a day and a half for a large yard. Price was also good. What I don't like is that the sand removed when digging the holes for the posts was left behind and not cleaned up. I do NOT recommend this company. It was a new install and came with an warranty. The fence had hinge problem within the first week. Now they are so bad I can't use my double gate OR my single gate. Barbara will not help me and doesn't recognize the warranty. 1 Star - Quality, 1-Start Customer Service and 2.5 for value because it was cheep (now I know why). DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. They installed a 4' Pine box fence, 6 months ago. Then they reinstalled almost half of it because the first installation was so screwed up. Now I have splintering boards and a bowing post that is deforming 1 section of the fence. Mark told me in no uncertain terms that if I want the post replaced I have to pay him to do it. He also said look at the fine print on the back of the contract. They will not guarantee the materials that they use. This fence cost over $2000 and they will not repair it. read more

I wish I could post 5 stars for AAA fence as the owners son was a true gentleman. Frankly they should let him run the business so the owners could learn something..Everything went well until I paid and requested a follow up on a issue. They were very rude and after two weeks from install they could not replace planks that had cracked from drying. It was just a few you would think they would change out after spending thousands.
