When I first moved in, this was genuinely a lovely place to live, but the current state of the property and management response has left me extremely disappointed. There are constant hidden fees, and community features are frequently broken or out of service. The front call box is regularly down, and security concerns have been a major issue. Someone entered the property and drilled a hole into my truck's gas tank, and I later found out the security cameras were not operational at the time. The only response I received from management was essentially "sorry for your luck." Since then, I've also had neighbors shooting bows and arrows that landed on my balcony and broke my flower pots, and I've had packages opened or tampered with by other residents. I've attempted multiple times to escalate concerns and contact IDM directly, but you just end up stuck in a call tree with no real resolution or accountability. The only "apology" I've ever received for these issues was four car wash vouchers I can't even use. I've lived here longer than most of the current management staff, and it's frustrating watching a place that once felt welcoming become such a negative experience. I truly hope things turn around, because this property has potential and I love Ridgefield

They even give you unspoken of charges to keep your deposit. Coming from a family with professional cleaners and leasing experience. If you miss a spot when you vaccum, you get charged for cleaning. On top of that, they charge you for a brand new rug. Does that even make any logical sense? They sent this too me too, like it made any sense. When I moved in, white spots where on the rug that was not even new. And even was told that I didn't have to pay during the walk through. Balderdash! Get Out!".

No visitor parking at all, and barely enough for the tenants themselves. Lots of freeway noise and continuous on-site maintenance. This is a Portland ownership group, folks, and they want Portland money. Simple as that. I found the "human" element to be sorely lacking here; all these people want is money. They even gig you on the way out, as I scrubbed the place from top to bottom and still lost $200 of my security deposit to "general cleaning." That's not happened to me in 45 years of renting different venues. It's a soulless place. Find something else.

I have been living in my newly build Adair home for about 6 years. They sent out a gentleman who puttied the bottoms. this has been impossible to keep clean as well as not nice to sit on in the tub. I have also replaced the hard floor and carpeting both were said to be warranted for several years, the builder said it was a manufactured issue, the manufacturer said it was an installation issue. which left me paying for new flooring within 4 years as the carpet was coming apart at the seams. the kitchen cupboard are falling apart as well. Would recommend anyone thinking of building to go a different route. NOT worth it!!!
