This place is kept super neat and tidy at all times (inside and outside), and they take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. She cut me off and said "Oh yeah this is." I said good, and asked what the hourly rate was (it states on her website, facebook, and care.com they have an hourly rate. She immediately said "We don't have hourly rate." I said, but it's on the website, and she said "No availability." There was definitely a huge language barrier, and I can work with that, but it sounded like I interrupted her and felt like I was bothering her with this phone call. If you're going to have a business like this, at least figure out your answering service. Secondly, don't advertise a service you don't actually provide. Seems like a review below me was able to get her kids in for a few hours, so I feel like I was lied to.

Ms. Kelley is wonderful and, very experienced. Ms. Jen, who teaches the younger kids, was his teacher at his previous school and is wonderful as well.
