The RX staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help anyway they can. The retail store area is pretty packed .. but they carry everything.. and by everything I mean McGuyver would be in paradise.. they have batteries, dvds, "as seen on tv" crap, meds, cards, picture frames, food, enemas (haven't ever used one of those but for some reason I giggle should I happen to walk by them), candy, shampoo, and the list goes on and on. The retail staff is very friendly too. I like going in there so my kid can do one of his favorite things at the pharmacy... count old people, no I'm not kidding, and if you have ever known a kiddo with Autism you will know they are sometimes inappropriate but always entertaining. Terrible experience/customer service at the CVS pharmacy on Derry Street today. I pulled into the…read moredrive-through line at precisely 1:30 PM, right behind another vehicle. When the employee finished helping the car ahead of me, they looked right at me, shook their finger, and shut the window in my face. After waiting a few minutes, the same employee finally came back but refused to open the window, shouting through the glass that the pharmacy was closed. When I pointed out that I had already been waiting in line, they refused to communicate like a professional... and walked away. The pharmacist eventually came over, a few minutes later and opened the window,. After I explained exactly what happened she rudely reiterated that they were closed for a 30-minute lunch break and would reopen at 2:00 PM. When I calmly suggested that they really need to post a sign or block off the drive-through lane--which wraps entirely around the back of building--so waiting customers actually know about their closure policy, management completely dismissed the feedback. If you use this drive-through, be warned that they will let you wait in a hidden line without any warning and then shut the window on you. I have already escalated this to corporate, but future customers deserve to know how poorly this location treats people. Shame on you, CVS, for your complete lack of professionalism and unwillingness to put out a simple sign to let your customers know. The customers time waiting in line is every bit as important as your employee is taking their lunch break. Do better.!!!!!

Quick Target stop to pick up a few items before the impending winter storm this weekend…read more It's good to see Target still features minor businesses. Today, I discovered Tabitha Brown's Donna's Recipes hair products line. This Target still has a nice selection of Valentine items. I was able to get in and out of the store without any long lines. The staff at this location is consistently friendly and helpful. Target consistently offers excellent value through Circle Value discounted deals and its selection.

I've taken the same dosage of a medication that currently has a nationwide back order. Normally get them filled at rite aid but they've been out for months. Had it filled here last month, this month when I tried to fill it here they denied me. I had my doctor send this prescription here along with my next few months refills so they had the prescriptions. Wouldn't even check if they had them in stock. Never in my life have I been made to feel like a drug seeker until this place. They literally interrogated me out of nowhere asking me questions that frankly they have no business asking. They told me they're only servicing "local people". I live across the bridge FFS and no other pharmacy can get this medication. I will never recommend this place to anyone else and truly hope everyone stops going here. What kind of shitty people decline someone the medication they've taken for 11 years.
