This CVS always ensures that my medication is ready for pick up BEFORE I run out of meds, which other pharmacies have not done. I really appreciate this as I often forget until I have a couple of tablets left. They also have a very clean store & everything is fairly easy to find. I like that they have a variety of items available to purchase and the coupons they include on receipts are useful. If you love convenience I can recommend this place! read more

My now go to Pharmacy! Great nearby location, friendly professional staffing and reliable service! Prescriptions are ready in timing and notification reminders are sent to you when they are ready. The store is clean and well stocked with everything you need and a few things you don't! read more

I've been back several times since my meltdown-like review last year and the problem person seems to have moved on to whatever people like that move on to! Average rating because: always a wait at the pharmacy; always high prices on all items; understaffed. Use your Extra Care coupons whenever possible to mitigate high prices. read more

There is no longer an option to speak to a pharmacist for questions. Callers are forced to leave a voicemail and are promised to receive a call back within 1 hour. I have left several voicemails and have never received a call back. I will be looking into switching to another pharmacy in hopes of better customer service. It seems dangerous that there is no way to ask questions about medications. For a fortune 6 company, the customer service is weak and the stores are always understaffed. Products are also much more expensive at CVS. read more

I came here to get photos printed. Several large photos were missing. When I returned, I explained to the cashier what happened. She said, "Oh, ok", then walked 30 feet away and proceeded to speak under her breath. Really rude and unprofessional. Also, I recognize the pharmacist that works here now. She used to work somewhere else. At one point, my prescription was WAY overfilled. I didn't even know until the end of that month, when I noticed I had so many extra meds. That was extremely dangerous, since this is a controlled substance. I soon moved onto a different pharmacy, since I wasn't comfortable with that pharmacist handling my prescription. I always had the feeling she was more focused on being curt, rather than handling her duties. My gut feeling had some truth, when she ceased to work there soon after. People should focus on themselves. I'd recommend a different pharmacy & store. read more

The pharmacy itself is fantastic. The option of items to purchase. The staff within the pharmacy. However; the woman named Jan that's an older lady with short hair was extremely rude. She refused to do her job and yelled at me and other customers to find her manager as she didn't want to help since they self-service kiosks were down. Had to go to the back pharmacy area to check out. Still will be back and like this store, but the employee needs training. read more

Service , people ! They get it right here in a way I've never experienced. Never a rude person at the pharmacy and Lisa is a goddess , the way she patiently untangles whatever can be fixed for a customer , May it be a problem with an insurance company or a customer who simply doesn't understand their script and why it can't be filled . Daryl and Ed also have the patience of saints and whatever they can fix , they will and they are nothing but sympathetic if they can't . Everyone else behind that counter also has a smile for you - no matter how buried they are . You can't do better than this if you are chronically ill -or a newbie to the horrors of Dumpster care . We are so lucky to have them - and from within the bastions of CVS ! read more

The good thing about CVS and that no matter which one you go to the general layout is always the same which makes things easier on you. I love this CVS in particular because you get to build a good relationship with the employees. I know most of them by face if not name. They make me really feel as though I'm a part of the community. Usually if you have an issue walking in and explaining the situation they are able to help you accordingly. This is my go to pharmacy. read more

doesn't take calls, lets U hang on line for many many minutes (15 at least) before taking call.They also ignore U while Ur at their counter, as well as after getting service and waiting for the med. I had to watch other come & go and then when I finally asked when will my order be ready, the clerk would say " oh, I didn't realize u were waiting, it's right here in the basket." NEVER called out that it was ready for me. Bad management. read more
