I approached counter and staff member said, take a number, wouldn't even look up. Ok, so I became seated, and before I knew it, there was like 20 customers there, several walked out. I knocked and after a few minutes a window opened. I felt as though I was interrupting them. After the initial greeting, I was instruct to sit in the adjacent room. There were many chairs, but having had blood drawn many time I knew what chair I should sit in without instruction. They were even criticizing their employer referring to Lifespan as "cheap". When the drawn was down the technician removed the needle not looking at the injection site, but rather looking towards the person he was talking to. Withdrawing the needle was extremely painful. Seem as if it was withdrawn at a bad angle. The picture shows the end result
