Had an insurance claim and they were on the list of insurance approved vendors. The car ended up totaled but they charged $700 for storage. Between them and the tow company who charged over $1500 to tow the vehicle 19 miles, the return to get a new car was nothing. The insurance company said it was the highest storage fees they had ever seen and would be considering having them removed from their vendor list. Both me and the insurance called in attempt to negotiate the fee down and they refused to budge. People who take advantage of insurance payouts are the reason our rates are so high! Contacted the company about straightening out the body of our car....they had the right equipment..... HOWEVER, when I showed up for an estimate I was told that "they had too much work lined up and that they were "unable to help me at this time". the emphasis was put on UNABLE TO HELP. basically they did not want the hassle. The work was going to take more effort than a quick repair and paint. What I don't like is to be told something on the phone and then when I get there ....Im given another story. I took my car there to have my rear bumper repaired. It took a total of 6 weeks to get the repair completed due to the time it took to get the parts needed. About a week before completion, I stopped by to check out my car. They had it parked in the back. It was full of bird crap. About three days later they said they needed a bracket to complete the repair and I could pick the car up and they'll install it later when it came in. When I picked up the car, the bumper matched the rest of the car perfectly. However; The car was still full of bird crap and the contents of my trunk were still in the passenger seat. It's things like this that take away from an otherwise decent repair job. read more

A few years ago, we had gone to this body shop as a recommendation from my insurance agent. The repair crossed 3 different panels from someone who was inconsiderate enough not to leave a note of the damage. The repair had to be refilled and buffed because I saw pitting when I went to pick it up. Upon the 2nd attempt to pickup, I saw some scuffing around another panel that was not there before. When I asked about the damage and if perhaps they could try to buff it out, the owner became extremely defensive. When I kindly asked if the had done a pre-work inspection of our vehicle he refused to show me the report (indicating to me they did not have one or forgot). He began to offensively berate me and threaten to charge me for storage of the vehicle; during repairs - never heard of that. Finally I had enough and left after paying the fee for the repair. Sad thing is the paint began to fade within 9 months. Although we have purchased another used vehicle that needs some light repairs, I will never return any business to them. Complete and utter disregard for the customer along with TERRIBLE communication skills by the owner. read more

Do not use, if anything goes wrong they will not honor their lifetime warranty, they even admitted that they did not inspect my car for mechanical damage yet they will not honor they work and make the needed repairs. My tire cam completely off and I nearly died, lost my brakes which went with the tire, police investigated and agreed that repair work was not done correctly, and still they say, we are not responsible for the work we do. Take them at their word, they have no honor and are not men of their word or their legal warranty agreement. Negative zero should be their rating!! read more

I had the left side of my truck repaired there, the body work looks fine, but the paint is dull and doesn't match very well with my original paint. It's not terrible but it's not good either. The paint looks faded is about the best way to describe it. read more
