Their staff seemed came across as unprofessional, disinterested, and incompetent. The quality of work was pretty terrible as well. During the repair, there were a couple of times we were told that they "received the wrong part". I get that things like this can occur, but numerous times? Not buying it. Incompetent - Fail to handle simple tasks like correctly ordering the necessary part. After 4 months, we finally received the vehicle back. We pretty much had to pick it up as the at fault's insurance company would not pay any longer. First, they told us about a piece of trim missing from the vehicle. They said they would let us know when it arrived in and we could swing by for them to install it. We've called them a few times since, but I guess that trim never came in. Disinterested - Out of sight out of mind. They got the $ from the insurance company, so they are not interested in putting the trim on our vehicle now. The day after we received the vehicle, I noticed the rear hatch that had been replaced was damaged by Caliber. There are clearly 2 dents on it that should not be on an OEM hatch. We sent them pictures of these and they said they would be in touch. We contacted them several times to follow up, nothing. Unprofessional - Still waiting on that call. So there you have it. This place doesn't give a dang about doing good work. They just want to get paid and screw the rest of it. We certainly won't use Caliber Collision again if we have a choice!

They had no interest in helping me. I asked for an appointment for a quote and the lady said "yeah maybe the end of July. You should go somewhere else."

The good is for their body work they do excellent work. However, their techs don't pay attention to…read moredetail. I took my RAM 2500 to repair the left side rear corner. They had to remove the bed to do the repair, as well as a extra fuel tank in the bed. Because they didn't take the time to see what might need to be disconnected they picked the tank with a fork lift, broke the fuel line and obviously the fuel valve which they replaced. While lifting the bed they also broke the coax to the CB radio that all they had to do was un screw the coax from the mount. The also broke the ground for the fuel valve that took me a week to figure out why the fuel wasn't flowing from the extra tatank to the truck tank. In short they caused damage that wasn't there when I took it to them. I will not recommend them because of their shots work. There is more to body work other that metal and paint.
