And maybe from pictures it might look pretty good. But when you get closer, you see all the mistakes and problems. You see sloppy work, incomplete projects, peeling paint, inferior materials, and just a lack of pride in craftsmanship. The general contractor, Glenn Henry, over-extends himself and his crew, promising a timeline and a contracted bid that he really has no intentions of abiding by. When you insist on the contracted price and remind him "there is no more money", he simply walks away, doesn't complete the work, and does not acknowledge your efforts to contact him.

Years later mold started coming into my walls, I called them out again, their employee came out and stated that it was a previous problem took pictures that had nothing to do with the leak (the problem was some caulk had not been applied correctly inside the shower) while they were trying to charge me for things unrelated. Jairo Yairo, Nehemias Rivera, and Charley gave me a very reasonable estimate on the work required and then went to town on the job. They purchased the Vinyl flooring that I had selected at Lowes and went right to work on the project.
