The service was horrible. 3 ladies talking when I walked in the small ordering area, none greeted or even looked at me. When I got my order the lady asked red or green sauce and I told her I've never been here before, could I try one of each? The answer was no and stood there looking at me. Manager came out looking bothered and said "I want to hear what the issue is"...we explained and she was very defensive and said they would remake the salads and the food was ready to come out. We explained it had been over an hour and the restaurant was pretty empty and we were unhappy. She was still acting bothered and telling us they had already made the food and didn't offer anything to make it right until we brought up the salad and said "well I can refund two salads if you want". After noting it was a birthday on the reservation and having family there who had previously also had a bad experience, it is safe to say we will not be back again. Place looks very nice but management needs to learn how to handle unhappy customers and the ridiculous 1 hour wait with no food (or food with bugs!) much better.
