Ryan, co-owner, made sure the insurance adjusters noticed all the damage that occurred to our roof due to a recent storm, and he took extra pictures of the damage and sent them to our insurance company. Josh, co-owner, supervised the job site, ensured delivery of materials, managed personnel / workers, inspected the quality of work, and made sure our yard, flower beds, and surrounding areas were cleaned after the job was done. What was provided was changed, with two areas not even being covered, with decking that was clearly inadequate being reused, and being promised that everything would be fixed. Needless to say nothing was fixed, and the con worked. I am guessing that my agent was getting kickbacks because she would not step up and the Cable's rep promised the world, but delivered typical East Texas, Smith County, failure to accept responsibility or be honest.
