It takes a village. I'm so grateful for Teaching World. Even when there is change in staff, Kim makes sure everyone gets trained up and learns her program/structure right away. We are new to the area and new to the school....and love it. The school's urban location was a…read moresurprise to me, but I'm glad it didn't stop us from trying the school! The teachers challenge the students and engage/adjust to their specific needs. God's love in Christ shines through them to the students, each other and the parents. Our son jumped forward academically, but I especially appreciate that they seek to know the kids well and hold them to higher behavior standards. It is a Classic education. The students learn Latin and long-hand. Subjects are more integrated. Also, they seem to have vibrant Biblical/spiritual discussions.
