Remarkably clean lot and unit. Secure storage with a great lock provided. Snow removal from lot was swift and complete during significant seasonal snow storms. Nice couple greeted us, checked to make sure we got into unit that first day. Also appreciate them being present at the site including out on the actual storage lot. Made me feel like my belongings were very secure and that they cared about their customers. Would definitely recommend to others

I went in on the 10th or Feb and my lock had been cut off and my stuff gone through and cherry picked. . While loading it up the guy looking completely wasted said no that is my stuff. I mentioned i had the money he said he didn't care and tried to open my hatch. Cops were called. i had to pay double to get about 3/4 of my stuff back. Though it was my bad for being 10 days late, The guy is completely dishonest and a thief. Faith in good people is gone. gotta go washinhton.
