If you don't care about the impact this careless company has on your friends and neighbors you should use them. On 4-23-26 my new neighbors used vámonos for some junk removal from their garage. Upon arriving at my neighbors they parked in front of my driveway blocking my wife in as well as moving my Waste Management trash and recycle container out of their way which was placed in my driveway mind you for easy pick up, from Waste Management which was not to happen since they moved my trash and recycle away from the road so as to park their vehicle again in front of MY driveway. I called Vamonos Junk Haulers that night and left a message describing the ordeal and expecting a call the next business day to apologize for inconvenience of blocking my wife in as well as preventing my scheduled trash pick up. This was not to be. Very unprofessional towards the community in which they work I now have to either pay the minimum fee or have an excess trash container and pay extra on my bill Thanks Vámonos for costing me money read more

We were removing items the prior renter had left. Miguel and his crew accomplished in a x day and a half approximately 4-5 truck loads of garbage, clothing, metal item's, furniture, etc. He also had a crew come in and deep clean the rental unit and take pine needles off the roof. I don't like to give five stars, but in this case, I have to! I used their employees for unloading a U-Haul. Originally I tried to schedule them through U-Haul, but U-Haul had minimum 2 hours. I only needed them an hour. So I called them direct, and they said, "No, don't schedule us through U-Haul, call us directly so we can immediately put you on the schedule!" Also, if you try to schedule Vamonos through U-Haul, you have to pay in advance. If you call Vamonos directly, you don't have to pay in advance. I had a time sensitive situation due to other things I had scheduled. So I planned it for me to arrive at 10:00 AM to unload my small stuff, and then have Vamonos show up at 11:00 to unload the heavy stuff (about 12 items). And I explained that on the phone. Well, at 11:00 no one showed up. So I called. They were honest, didn't try to bluff me. They got held up at a previous appointment. But I was assured they would show up at noon (one hour later) even if they had to send a different crew. They showed up at 11:50. This was fine, because in my "planning" for the time sensitive situation, I allowed for "just in case they are held up and are an hour late." So the 50 minutes of being late didn't affect me. And the two that showed up seemed very aware that I had a time sensitive situation. Because of the way I did this (I unload the small stuff and save the big stuff for them), they got my heavy stuff (about 12 items to include a big wooden TV credenza, a sofa, and two memory foam mattresses, my exercise bike, and other smaller, but too cumbersome for me to lift stuff....) done in less than 30 minutes! And this was with one flight of stairs and a tight 90 degree corner around the stair railing where my door was on the second floor! And not one boo boo to any of my heavy furniture. Even though done in 30 minutes, their policy is minimum one hour as long as they don't use their truck. $70. Was worth it to me! I still had an hour to spare! Cash, check, or credit card. I used check. Don't schedule them through U-Haul, call them direct! I would use them again if I needed! read more

Their name says Junk Haulers, but they're excellent for routine household moves as well. It's not even the same truck as they use for junk disposal. Gus and Aaron did a superb job of moving my mother-in-law's furniture and household goods to her new apartment. Lots of care, lots of communication, easy and friendly to work with.
