It also has basketball courts, multiple pickleball courts, tennis courts, covered picnic tables, large grassy areas, and public restrooms. The east side of the park has even more parking, four baseball fields, covered picnic tables, and large grassy areas. Overall the park has lots of space and is clean, peaceful, and quiet. It wasn't busy when I went but I'm sure it could get packed with all the sports fields everywhere.

You still occasionally get some because some of the fencing isn't tall enough. Still, the best court separation out of all the pball courts I've seen in OC so far. + They have a big restroom pavilion a short walk away from the pball courts. + Pretty big parking lot. + Several different mops readily available to clean the courts as needed. + Lots of friendly people there. Non-likes: - 1 of the 4 pickleball courts is a challenge court, so technically only 3 of them feel more accessible. - Only 4 pball courts. We need hundreds more. - Today a pball coach occupied 2 of the courts, so really we only had access to 2 courts. What a disappointment.

Parking was $4.80 for 1 hour, which you can pay via the mobile phone. Convenient and easy, but expensive. The park is great for the kiddo to practice bicycling on 2 wheels as there is a paved path. We saw plenty of walkers walking that path, and it's circular. There's a playground with 2 slides, and a public restroom which we did not use. There's also a baseball field that is nicely maintained. A huge field of grass for people to sit on and picnic or just run amuck. There are ocean views in the distance. Yesterday and today, we saw city maintenance people trimming bushes, and cleaning the area.

There's a kids' area inside, and honestly as an adult, it's clutch when it gets too hot outside because you have a nice indoor space to cool off. Outside, there are cool zip-line style swings, play areas for both younger and older kids, and plenty of shaded spots. Major bonus points for no woodchips -- huge win. The library also has fun music exploration activities, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, there are easy food options nearby, so you don't have to overthink meals. Parking was easy for me, though I can see it getting tricky during busier times. And to top it off, there's a nice boba spot close by, which always seals the deal Great family-friendly park with thoughtful details -- we'll definitely be back.

They have two baseball fields, one basketball court, lots of soccer fields, a kids playground, and a community center. There are plenty of grassy areas throughout the park. The community center can be rented out and has a kitchen and tables included with the reservation. There are also public restrooms. The park is well maintained and mostly quiet and peaceful other than the kids and parents cheering at soccer on the weekend. It's the location of a lot of adult sports leagues as well during the week.

Our families is the playground area and the splash pad which is open during the summer is great for bringing the little kids. For older kids there is the skate park. For adults and everyone else there is tennis, pickleball and a jogging track that goes around the area of the soccer fields. For youth sports there is availability of fields for soccer baseball softball and flag football. It's probably some sports I'm forgetting but needless to say this is a great resource for the greater community.

I think what makes this park stand out is the crowd. Any park can be beautiful but, without the proper maintenance from the park crew (and most importantly the park goers) it doesn't stand a chance. You see tons of regulars here with their dogs, families, kids. Everyone is friendly and respectful of one another. The dog crowd at this park is also one of the best I've seen. Although the park is not off leash, there's wide open areas for you to allow your fur family to play catch, run around, and have a bit of freedom! They do have a couple of posts that have doggie bags however, they run out quick so please do come prepared with your own poop bags just in case! There are plenty of water fountains throughout with water filling stations attached, so don't forget a bowl for your fur family!!
