Now, even with repairs at certain stations it's like every 3 minutes there is another train coming after the first one left. The trains are new. Found them to be clean compared to some of the other lines. What I love about the 7 train "International Express Train" for its diverse neighborhood at every station that you get off. It's like an adventure and you are venturing to another country, smell the fragrance and aromas of the food being cooked. Every country that is represented and you find enclave of eateries and shops. It's like a mini United Nations on the 7 Train. -The MTA 7 Train will take you to Citi Field for Mets Game. Get off at Willets Point Station. Also Flushing Meadow Park, and US open as well as other events. -Get off at Main Street- Last stop towards Flushing. Chinatown- Lots of food shopping and dining experience. Don't forget the Sky View Mall-You will see segment of the mall as train heads underground toward Main Street. Just a few descriptions of the stations on the 7 train to whet your appetite. Usually clean and not too much trash to be found. Not a problem to find a seat either for me anyway. Some have the USB-C outlets to charge your phones. Cons: Takes every 15-20 min to arrive when waiting at the bus stop. So, it eventually evens out in the end. Luckily, there're usually not too many people onboard...at least from the times that I do have to hop on a Q44. Tends to come on time most of the time except for expected delays on the weekends of course. At the end of the day, that's the Q44 for you.

They do have a waiting room area, but it's only open for a few hours a day, which is pretty terrible during bad weather or in the winter. There weren't many ticket machines, which is usually okay. The platform going towards Long Island has none, so watch out! Lastly, what's really annoying is that every half hour or so, either this station or Auburndale is skipped. It only takes an extra minute to stop at both during off peak hours, so this is just an inconvenience to local residents - as if the high price of commuting to Manhattan isn't enough!

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

You have the Q10 Bus to JFK Airport, Q37 to the Resorts World Casino, the Q46 to St. John's University which terminates here. As well as other busses to elsewhere. However, it looses a star because the busses are too spread out and I personally think the Q10 and Q37 should share the same terminal since it'll be a better "transit hub". The Subway: As we all know, the NYC Subway is one of the best in the world in terms of service levels. This spot has the (E) and (F) Lines, however I personally believe that the (MTA) should send the (F) straightforwardly on the Local Track, and the (E) on the Express respectively. This will lower congestion and speed up service. But still, the ADA Compliance is great! Elevators are provided to every level and platform of the station!

Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
