I have been with state farm for 4 years and it was a mistake to change to this agency. These agents are incompetent. I was driving without being insured because tara doesnt listen or care. She put coverage for another car that i told her was sold. Im still not covered in the right car because the process of switching agents taking for ever. I had spoke to tara who was my agaen about 6 times in 6 month's every time to make sure i was covered in the right car and everytime she would asure me i was, now i found out i had been without insurance on my car since September of last year, me driving without insurance cuz she forgot 6 months ago to change it, and everytime i called to make sure she lied nd didnt even do her job. On top, she doesnt own to her mistake, didnt even apologize for the mistake, instead tells me it was the system who made the mistake when everyone know she didn't do her job after being told 6 times. Pluss turns out she has open 2! Policies under the car i had sold and now its being a pain to transfer my insurance to the right car because they cant find my old policy because of what she did.. i never seen such horrible customer service, they never pick the phone, and always have an excuse as to why they fucked up at their job. If ur gonna work in a job thats to take care of people needs, the least she can do is pay attention and actually be responsible for her clients needs, not clean her hand when she finds out I found i been driving without insurance. I have never seen such incompetence in one office. And the main agent u see in the business card.... he doesnt care what horrible service his agents are giving and how its affecting how people see his agency
