I asked if I could get some confirmation of service via email and he said "no" and that "they don't just do service to send a bill". I explained that since I pre-paid, my concern was that service was actually not forgotten. He replied that he's "done this business for 20 years and that I should trust him". I said that while I appreciate his experience, I'm a new customer who hasn't met him and I'm just calling to ask about scheduling and service confirmation, not looking to argue. He then said that he would return my money and hung up on me! We'll see if I indeed receive the $551 refund.
