January 24, 2025 I was seriously injured at the PL, when my momentum took me into the back wall,…read morewhere I hit an unmarked, hidden steel beam, falling face flat, unable to move. Had to be rushed to the ER. I sustained two fractured ribs and other injuries I am still dealing with. If beam had been identified, let alone padded, I would have stopped and not been injured. I was injured 100% due the PL negligence. The PL Co-founder Mitch Dunn, has brushed me off multiple times. I finally went to the PL two weeks ago and addressed him in person. He was nice enough, and set a meeting for last Friday, 6/13 w his "partner". On 6/12, he canceled the meeting. All I asked, was for Mitch and the PL, to do the "right" thing, and cover my medical expenses totaling less than $3500, nothing more, nothing less. And I said, I would sign off on any further liability. Instead I get BS hoping I will go away!
