This place is a rip off! They advertise an augmented. Reality experience called verse which is cool at first until you realize that it's a game that if you move too quickly your half hour is turned into 15 minutes and your augmented reality is cut short. They don't tell you that you're half hour would be cut short by answering questions within the half hour. Not worth the money! The management just kept saying oh take it up with verse, they're the provider as if they have no say on what they are hosting in their establishment. Would never come back here again. read more

Dishonest Staff and Terrible Experience Avoid this place if you value your time and your kids' feelings. I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business. read more

My girlfriend and I went here specifically for the Verse Immersive experience . This is a pretty big one floor gaming complex, approximately a mile from the Liberty Center shopping center. It's located in a strip mall with a Dollar General store. It's mostly full of video games , but there is a go-cart race track in here, a small cafeteria, trampolines, I believe they have laser tag, and I saw a small bar area too. I DID NOT see fooseball, air hockey, or pool tables which most game complexes have. It looked like you need to purchase a card, and add credit to it to play any of the video games. For the Verse Immersive experience, I ordered our tickets online. It's an augmented reality experience, where you choose your adventure and they load up the program and you put on augmented reality headsets. These are different than virtual reality headsets because the lens in the headsets project images but you can see through them. They are clear lenses. The space you walk through is kind of small. My girlfriend and I chose the "Star Walk" experience where you go through space and see the various planets and other astronomical phenomena. There's a little triangle shaped cursor thing projected where you can select answers to prompts by moving your headsets. I would say it's semi-intuitive based on your technology experience. The experience is actually a game where you're supposed to find the different planets. I found it kind of cool but the experience ends when everything is found. You're given a half hour for the experience and it really isn't synched with other players. I know I finished with about 7+ minutes remaining. My girlfriend was still going down to the end of 30 minutes. I think it would've been better if all players were synced together for the experience. My girlfriend seen things in the play area, for example to the back of the room, that I didn't see, and vice versa. I think it's a unique experience, but at about 30 dollars per half hour, a little expensive too. The tech is okay but I believe there is room for improvement too. This game complex is mostly staffed by younger kids, probably 14 - 16 years old is my estimate. The boy that took care of my girlfriend and I got the headsets ready, gave us the most basic instructions then walked away. I feel better explaining was necessary but he didn't seem inclined to provide it and seemed a little impatient. The game complex itself was very busy. Lots of noise, with many little kids running around, some dangerously close, almost running into adults and no supervision from what I could see in sight. I know that's not the venue's job to totally police that kind of behavior. The parents should be watching their kids. But I saw no supervision whatsoever. It is like parents just dropped off their kids, and some were very small, and left them run free. There's a lot of things to do here, and the facility seemed relatively clean, but I don't think I'd come again. read more

We spent $194 for (6) people to have unlimited attractions and $75 in credits. We haven't been here in about 10 years - we just moved back to the area- but we had a great time with our family then and had hopes to do the same this visit. We came in around 9pm- not realizing it closed at 11 or we likely wouldn't have bought everyone the unlimited- but we should have checked online- so that's our fault. What we weren't expecting: half the games not working or not functioning correctly. Everything from claw machine claws not opening to "blasters" being stuck only shooting one side of the screen to jump games not working, wasting points scanning to rejoin games and it not working, paying for additional prints in the photo booth that never printed... and literally EVERY SINGLE LANE of bowling was broken. We waited 45 mins in line for the go carts - the attendants kept walking off and leaving people sitting in cars. We got in one game of laser tag- which was ok. Mini golf- they shut down at 10:30, turned all the lights on and said it was closed for the night. They also started vacuuming around the same time, huge cord across where people were trying to walk to get to games- not to mention it's unenjoyable to have that running next to a game you're attempting to see if it works... Not one person there cared enough to take care of either fixing or reimbursing the games that took credits but didn't work. We wasted so many credits trying to bowl because the unlimited cards wouldn't scan.:: and then to only find out every lane didn't work.. We won't be back. The lack of care of the facilities was evident. The staff seemed trained to say "sorry it's broken" "you can call a manager on Monday".. They all looked frazzled and I'm sure very tired of people telling them what wasn't working. We're considering charging back for the unlimited cards.. since they were in fact limited by the facilities. A few games that don't work is one thing- this was something else. read more

This is place is "ok". They tend more toward the high end cost items like laser tag, go carts, and VR. Costs were high but everyone had fun. I have had better experiences at other places mainly because the staff didn't seem in a "fun" mood. Staff could be rather irritable toward rule breakers and laser tag instructions and devices were a tad confusing. The Harry Potter themed mini golf was super cute and well designed. We went for the buy one get one free activities which was a great deal. My boyfriend surprised me with one of the augmented reality experiences, Ever World. The experience was definitely one of a kind! You had to solve riddles and make our way to the end of the story. Afterwards, we paid for the add-on experience to play the kinetic games. Unfortunately, the employee could not get it to work. The staff gave each of us a gaming card with 100 points on each so we could play the arcade games. Very awesome they substituted the game play for the kinetic games!! We had a lot of fun, would definitely recommend anyone to check it out!! read more

My boyfriend and I went here for a date night last month. we had a great time! We went on a Monday evening and the place was not busy at all, which was nice. For the price, we got to do a lot of things! For 30 dollars each, we got to do 3 activities and have 10 dollars of arcade credits per person. We chose to do the mini golf, go carts, and bowling. Each activity was very fun and we had a blast. Mini golf was harry potter themed which was cool, however the go carts were probably my favorite. For 10 dollars each we got to play a good amount of arcade games which was very fun too. Knocking off one star for the bowling which needed some refurbishment since the pins glitched sometimes and some lanes were not in use, and the restrooms needed tending to as well. Completely appalled at the service provided by manger, Chris Kelly, during our recent visit. Due to technical issues, we showed up to a reservation for the virtual reality experience, and were told not only was all the equipment not working (our whole party could not go together) but our reservation time could also not be honored. Trying to figure out what we would be doing instead, we were told by Mr. Kelly that he would do nothing for the inconvenience and we should just leave. As a paying customer who's prepaid service was unavailable, there was no attempt to make them right (free bowling, free game pass, etc). When requesting a higher up manager's name and contact information to escalate the issue, we were told Mr. Kelly was calling the cops to force us to leave. He attempted to create a story that we had cussed at the kid workers (untrue statement) and he was kicking us out! While we were expressing frustration at no advance notice of equipment issues and no attempt to rectify the situation...but absolutely no cussing occurred. I am unable to comprehend the theatrical performance Mr. Kelly displayed and am disgusted our police were bothered to come out for lies told by management. What an absolute waste of time! read more

I really enjoyed the mini golf that they have in the web. We were talking to the people in the front and they said that they just recently redid the area to match the Harry Potter movies series. There's so many colorful lights and replicas that are very similar to what was seen in the movies. They have other activities like trampoline, VR, laser tag, and go Karting. They did not have in main games that's what I thought they would have that are different from the other arcades that I have been to. There are however a ton of claw machines that I could never win. The only one that I was slightly capable of was the rubber duck machine. This is an amazing place to go mini golfing but I think I'll stick to main event for the arcade and drinks. read more

The web is amazing laser tag is attacks pretty good well, I mean the Rams killer on my back but besides that it's pretty good everything else is amazing minus go karts driving them is pretty good speed is pretty good but the guy during the later shift is really rude. I have a hearing issue. I did not hear him calling for me not to get out at the end so I was supposed to wait for when He said it was time except I was in the third row. No one else was driving into third row the anyways the only other two driving we're in the first row so they won't have any able to hit me yes, you are supposed to wait but again I had a hearing issue so I sort of recommend this place just add recommend going when opens if you do go karts! read more

Oh my gosh! This place is so fun! We tried to go Thursday. As a tip, there CLOSED THURSDAY EVENING FOR PRIVATE EVENTS. I'm so glad I decided to call before I went to ask a question to find out they were closed. That's a hell of a drive for me to get someplace that's closed. Then you've got disappointed crying kids because they thought they were going out for a crazy fun night. Ok .... Enough lol. Anyway, Friday morning ended up being the perfect time to go. There's probably four employee there but we had the whole game room to ourselves. Laser tag, race cars, mini golf, bowling, and a ton of games plus a restaurant if you're hungry or thirsty. We did have a mishap when we were racing, my daughter's car just quit. The race had to stop and we had to start again. The cars are really fast. It's like 5min. long. Bowling is not your traditional bowling. There's a tiny handball that you roll down to hit what look like pop bottles. I don't care for the bowling. I'd rather use real bowling balls. Mini golf is really cute, there's lots of dinosaurs and it glows. You get a play card that you swipe through what looks like an old gumball machine and it give you each a ball, you pick a club and you're on your way. I had so much fun. Laser tag was awesome. It's all black inside, we each got our own color, whichever team is winning, changes the color of the room to that team color. There's two floors and lots of places to hide, I just wished it lasted longer. I was really impressed that ALL the games worked, there were no glitches or out of order signs on anything. I will say that is one giant bonus. There's a ton of party rooms! It's a great place for birthday parties for the young our old. We had a great time! read more

A half star would be good here. Not good enough to be 4 stars, but 3 feels a bit low. My review is mostly for attending a birthday party. When we entered there was an employee standing there with a sign with the birthday girl's name. We went over to him, and he escorted us to her party room. He was responsible for helping during the party. Once most of the party got there, the party employee escorted the kids to the laser tag area. If you have younger children, I would suggest having an adult stay with them. The attendant did not stay. Nor did he tell anyone he wasn't going to. That means children are unsupervised while they wait for the instructions - the game. I ended up going in with my child. It was a little uncomfortable having to tell children I didn't know (and who didn't realize I was with the party,) to stop running and climbing on things. The kids also needed a lot of help putting on the gear. Having the party attendant there would have been a big help. After our game of Lazer Tag, the party attendant took the kids back to the party room. There food and sodas were served. Food looked to be snack bar average. The kids had a 20 min break to eat, then they went to the rock climbing wall. This was really cool. Unlike most rock climbing walls that are tall, this one is wide. There are a variety of games that may be played on the wall. They all intergrate climbing into the game. It was unique. My daughter had a blast. This alone was 5 stars in my book. Then the kids were escorted back to the party room for cake, and more soda. The party ended with each child receiving a card loaded with 20 credits. The last arcade I went to was a Chuck E Cheese. I was surprised that most games were 3 or 6 credits. It doesn't sound like much when said like that, but when you think about it it is $0.75 - $1.50 per game. That adds up quick. We saw one game that was 9 credits! We did have one game not work properly, and lost 3 credits. An employee said "it's on your card." My card was in my pocket. I was asking her on the game floor. Alittle rich for my blood. My daughter had a great time at the birthday party. She ranks the Lazer tag as a 2 and the rock climbing as a 5. She wishes we could have played more games. it's a second time I've been here the first time we couldn't finish use our gocart experience because they had a technical difficulty. When we came back to use our coupon We tried to go carts again but this time midway through the race they kids running it cut the power down. apparently the two young boys who ran the track thought it was really funny and then cut the race short. The cars aren't very fast to begin with, I never had to use the break. Its obvious that the operator had altered the performance mid race. Next we tried the laser tag and out of the 4 people that were playing two of the guns were in operable. the blasters wouldn't fire or they would record a hit when nobody was in sight. I had no expectation that they would be accurate but mid game we had to actually exchange equipment for new equipment and had to ask the guy to extend the game which he said he would add 2 minutes, even though the first half of the game was wasted. Waste of money and left our entire in a bad mood. read more

We took my niece to The Web on Friday and had a blast! Their laser tag arena is two stories of black-lit mazes and open spaces you will navigate in an attempt to tag your opponents while trying to avoid being tagged. There are "gems" located throughout which can either help or hinder your advancement in the game. Both times I've visited, there have been swarms of merciless tweens who will stop at nothing to take down their enemies. I, personally, enjoy running around the second-story maze, trying to take them out before they have a chance to put out my lights (literally). The first time I went was with a group of coworkers and nobody had any issues with their guns. This time, however, my husband and niece both had issues with their equipment so they found it mildly frustrating but had a great time, anyway. I really like their indoor go-carts although the course isn't terribly long. You get about five minutes during which you will jockey for first place before the race is over. Again, the kids are ruthless so if you get stuck behind one, then you can pretty much kiss first place goodbye. Now, both the go-carts and the laser tag are considered "premium" attractions and are $8 per round. So, that's $8 for five minutes on the race track or $8 for about 15-20 minutes of laser tag. I don't need to tell you which one is a better deal. AND, laser tag can provide a decent work-out (trying to outmaneuver the trigger-happy tweens) so I personally prefer to spend my money playing laser tag. Some of the employees are really great and some really suck. One young lady at the go-carts was patient and understanding when my niece had second thoughts about driving the cart herself. Another young man was really helpful when my niece's laser tag equipment wasn't working properly. BUT, the young woman at the check-in counter, responsible for scheduling our game-play, was painfully slow. I've had quicker hotel check-ins. And, when we took a moment to decide how we wanted to split up our passes (it's cheaper to get double or triple passes if you plan on taking advantage of more than one attraction) she became impatient with us. Another woman at the counter was less than pleasant when we had to reschedule our go-cart session. She, in a most unfriendly tone, asked my niece if she was sure she really wanted to ride the go-carts. Hey, lady, my niece is twelve and has never been behind the wheel of anything faster than the bumper cars at King's Island. Show a little compassion. So, a word of advice for current or future employees of The Web: If you become impatient dealing with kids, maybe working at a laser tag arena isn't the gig for you. Overall, though, we had a great time and will definitely return. I just hope they get some friendlier and more efficient people at the front counter. read more

My 5 year old and I decided to check out the Web a couple weekends ago and I have nothing but good things to say. What I most liked about this place was that the staff comprised of mostly teenagers was very engaged and welcoming throughout our 2.5 hour visit. The place operated perfectly. The go karts and laser tag were a favorite of both my son and I. I will say, I thought I read, you had to be 6 years old to do the laser tag so don't take my word they will let anyone younger participate too. The mini bowling was fun and unless your kid loves mini golf that would be my last choice of the activities. The arcade and choice of games, prizes, and overall cost for the games was value packed. I'm sure it's been said, but this would be a perfect birthday party location for kids of all ages. I know I'll be back throughout the winter months with my son. Looking forward to it! read more

I hosted a corporate team building event at The Web, and overall I would say our experience was very good. We had a small group, about 8 people, and the event managers at The Web were very accommodating for us...They set us up with a hostess for the evening, who led everyone to our room in our group and made sure that we knew our schedule and managed any changes for us. The hostess was the best part of The Web because it made managing the event seamless and a lot less stress for me so that I could actually enjoy everything. We booked a room for Thursday at 5:30pm (nice that we had our own space), and had unlimited calzones with salad, breadsticks, chicken wings, and sodas for dinner. The food was honestly much better than I expected it to be at an arcade, so that was pleasantly surprising. The prices for the food were reasonable for a corporate event (ranges from $6pp to $18-20pp with different menus at every price range). We played two games of laser tag, which was the highlight of the evening. Imagine 8 adult engineers running around chasing after tween kiddos with lasers, and you see why we had so much fun! The laser tag arena was bigger than expected, and it was two stories. Each game lasted 15 minutes and was $8pp to play normally, but we got a discount for a corporate group. One of our group had faulty equipment that didn't work, but he was able to change it out. Other than that, the laser tag was super fun, and a great idea for a group event that isn't your normal boring team building exercise! The building could use some renovation, and it is kind of family oriented, but if you come here during the week it is really fun for adults. I would not come on the weekends for a work event because it would be way too full of kids. The prices were a little high, but I think it was worth it. Overall, a fun time! read more

Great fun and not expensive! lots of fun even just for a little while, and I really enjoy the staff there, they are really nice and accommodating, and they make sure that all the activities run on time. Just remember that if you miss your time for laser tag or any of the other activities you can just go to the front desk and have them reschedule your time which will probably be about 20 or 30 minutes depending on the activity. You can still do things and it's really nice that they are allowed to reschedule in case you missed it or you just completely forget about it or something like that. Again, I really do like this place and I think it's a lot of fun for a couple hours or longer. read more

This is my second time here, we brought my daughter this time to enjoy some of the things we do in places like Gatlinburg. I like this place it gets a 3 star only because the staff not very speedy when there were only 2 familys there at that time. The price is fair for activities you pick. We did the go carts and laser tag and its still has fun when your a adult. I say this alot but biggest complaint for me is when the staff is not paying attention and on their cell phones. You get a time slot to do each activity and each time we waiting longer because no staff was thier at each stand. So it doesn't matter when you go when they first open you will wait. Want to win the best aunt/uncle/parent/grandparent/insert-relation-indicator-here award? Take the kids to The Web. I've been taking my nieces and nephews here for the past handful of years and they love it. The Web offers laser tag, indoor electric go-karts, mini bowling and putt putt, arcade games and pizza & ice cream. So, yeah it's like little kid heaven except the adults will likely have fun too. I can't say that The Web as the *best* indoor go-karts, laser tag, or any of that BUT they are still really great and conveniently all in one place. The laser tag equipment is old and needs updating (not all of the guns work 100% properly, arena pretty old) but they are good enough that you'll still have a ton of fun. The black-lit arena itself is huge, is two stories tall, has a separate viewing area for observers and gems around the room that can help or hurt you during game play. 90's rock and techno usually plays over the stereo but more often than not you wont notice unless you pass by one of the two speakers in the room. Each round is about 15 minutes. The go-karts are electric and not very fast - but they don't need to be for the age range that would be coming here. And again, even so it's still a ton of fun. You get to go around the track a few times, there are single-person karts as well as double-person carts and the area is open for anyone who wants to just watch. The Web also does parties and as I mentioned above serves pizza and ice cream, but I've never used any of those services so I cannot comment on what that's like. read more

This place is so cool! They've got an arcade area, laser tag, duckpin bowling (mini bowling), go karts, and 9-hole minigolf. My boyfriend and I got a Groupon deal for the arcade and some of the attractions, and we had a blast! The mini-golf is blacklit and dinosaur-themed. There are 9 holes, and they're pretty easy for kids to practice their putting. There are 8 (maybe 6?) lanes for duckpin bowling, and it's all automated once you wipe your card. The bowling balls are smaller, so may be more kid-friendly than real bowling. Bumpers are also available as an option, in case the kids need it. The laser tag area is really good. The first level is quite large, and built with a lot of panels that you can hide behind. The scoring system is nice too, since you get a realtime view of your score and ranking instantly on your gun. It has capacity for quite a few people playing at once. For any parents that would prefer to observe instead of participating with your kids, there is an area where you can watch the kids in the area through a window. One thing I recommend avoiding is the food area/offerings. It took 12 minutes to get one order of fries, and frankly, there are better options in the area. read more

We had a great experience here. Loads of fun everywhere! The guy helping with laser tag & VR was great! We were visiting from out of town and he told us a few great places to visit. This place can be quite costly, especially if you want to do everything and play loads of games, but I think that's to be expected (especially if you check out their website first.) I took my child up to go do go-karts with him. Had an om experience getting my time slot at the front desk but the 2 employees at the track were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The entire time that they were getting us into our karts and giving us a rundown, they were talking to each other. I would normally be fine with that, but these kids were saying things that I then had to explain to my child afterwards. There were line (maybe not exactly, but close) such as: "I can't believe you are actually f****** a manager here" "How was that p****" And "when you get those nudes, make sure you send them over" It was blatant disprespect for me and my child. read more
