Dr . Robert Marsh is outstanding... he has taken superior care of my mother in law. .. from the foot surgery to repair all 5 medaparlsal bones to her knee replacement. .. he has always been great to answer questions and explaining what to expext... he handled things with her in away that is indescribable with any other word than excellent... he was patient with her... as she had suffered a stroke ...which caused speech to be difficult for her..just 2 months prior to her breaking her foot... most drs would rather adress any issues with me... and she has several that did... but he took the time to let her get her questions out then explained things so she could understand... he is a dr that really cares... i am so pleased with yhe care she recieved from him and his staff. ... Dr. Marsh and his staff treat patients like inconveniences. The doctor is always hurried and rushed and seemingly does not have time to see patients. Dr. Marsh is authoritarian and disrespectful of patient's pain and injuries. Appointments are rescheduled or canceled so he can perform more surgery (make more money). He does not explain procedures nor convey realistic expectations to his patients. He is cocky and dismissive. The patient is blamed for any complications. He provides no follow up or after care. If I could give negative stars, I would give him negative ten. read more

Even before my appointment I knew this place was going to be a joke, the referral coordinator was never available to answer any questions and she does not allow you to leave a voice mail. I had to call multiple times to even get anyone to check their fax machine for my referral, and my primary care had to send over multiple referral because the mysterious referral coordinator didn't like how it was written, so after a group effort I finally got my referral. Then there wasn't an appointment for 3-4 weeks...So I waited.... So today I finally had my appointment with "the guy" who was supposed to fix my knee. The sheer demeanor of the staff from the receptionist to the actual Orthopedic Surgeon was beyond rude. I was finally called back to the "interview " room 25 minutes after check in so, I provided my ID and insurance, at the end I asked for copies of the patient forms I signed and the lady rolled her eyes and went to ask someone what I needed to do to get them, never in all my years have I ever sign forms that were for "Authorization to Treat"..Etc.... that I had to go to medical records to get copies of and I couldn't have copies before I signed them and I wouldn't be able to get copies until after my appointment. But okay, that's fine I will do that. I paid my copay and my receipt showed the cost of today's visit was over $1400 ...wow...for an office visit and x-rays.... So after another 15 minutes I was called back to see the doctor. So the nurse came in and asked me questions with her back to me, then she and asked me to take off my brace and x-ray would come and get me. First off I have been non weight bearing and my hinged knee brace has been locked at zero flexion and extension since August which was previously explained, and your wanting me to transfer to the x-ray table from the wheelchair with no support to my leg. By the way I am a RN with my BSN and in May I will have completed my Master's Degree I do not throw that around but when you asked me to do something that wasn't safe or in my best interest how are you supposed to remain silent. After she left the physician stepped in and said Hi, and then went on to see his other patients while I was waiting for x-rays. We go to x-ray.....Ill just say finally we got all xrays needed.... So then comes Dr. Kunapuli, at first he seemed very arrogant, but when asked questions he stepped back a bit and became very less arrogant. At one point a friend who had taken me to the appointment said, so you got this no big deal, and at that point he back stepped it even more stating well we will need to see what the CT scan says and go from there. Then I said also my other orthopedic who has been managing my pain, only gave me enough medication for today until I could see you and, so I won't have any after today. He said well we will see if we can get you something. Needless to say after the HIPPA violations in the hallway by his nurse and the sheer embarrassment of how I was treated, I was offered some Celebrex and pretty much told I would have to deal with my pain because of the new prescription laws nothing could be done because I got a three-day prescription from my other orthopedic 3 days ago...Knowing this wasn't the case and knowing I was blatantly being lied to I left in tears and didn't even bother to schedule my CT or my follow up appointment. After a phone call to my insurance providers pharmacy help desk and my original orthopedic I got a prescription for my medication and I will call tomorrow and see if I can get a referral to someone else, because clearly Dr.Kunapuli was not "the guy" for me. read more

I went to see them in regards to my shoulder . First , they forgot about me. Second, when I did see the doctor he came in and without examining me he stated I had Fibermyalgia. He then prescribed Lyrica. I asked him the side affects of this medication and he seriously said he didn't know. A complete waste. He obviously did not take me seriously. EOOC needs to consistently train their staff on customer service from training the support staff to Physicians. Don't share with patients the doctor is running on time at your appointment only to wait at least 20 minutes to be taken back & then we didn't see the physician until after x-Rays. Your time is valuable. They should be open & apologize when they are really late to your appointment & to also communicating to future or current patients to plan on spending 2-3 hours per visit. Also, I suggest that the support staff, i.e., financial counselors speak with people with respect & not act condescending. I used to work on HealthCare & know how a patient should be treated. read more

The office is easy to get to and very well run. It's like being on a well run ship. Wait times were never long. There were times when i had barely sat down before my name was called. Moving from P.A. to Xray and back to exam room to meet with Doc all happened quickly and efficiently. Xrays were available immediately. Dr. Browne is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and is not interested in performing surgery until and only if it is necessary. He was quite honest about the small likelihood that arthroscopic surgery would do any lasting good, even though it would bring short term relief. I was never pressured to select surgery for my knee that was injured long ago and finally caught up with me. When I tired of the cortisone and another injection ( performed by another skilled doc) the process was seamless and easy to set up the surgery. According to every single skilled person who saw my knee after surgery, I had remarkable results with little to no bruising, normal swelling, a scar that proved to heal very well, ability to bear weight and walk almost immediately, and my ability to bend the knee was above average. Everyone I talked with including physical therapists, nurses, friends remarked what a successful result I had. I was back at the gym the beginning of the fourth week after surgery. they require 3 weeks of rest at home so that was as soon as it was possible. My first day of PT several people remarked that I walked without a noticeable limp...they were amazed. I had to concentrate to do it, but the fact that there was no limp proves what an amazing result I had. Dr Browne was an excellent choice. I feel very lucky!!! read more
