No matter who I talked to prior to moving here, including using their online contact us form to get established, and wait for however long for an appt, and with a referral (that NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED TO, and I was advised the referral department was backed up the first time I called (which was fine, I wasn't in state yet), that was over 2 months ago and still ZERO CONTACT, even after calling them) Also having my records in hand including all documentation and imagining on disc and electronically to being told to get those things and talked over by Nate the first time who had no clue what he was doing and had to keep asking the front end supervisor, he was nice though. Now today when I reached out to a very SNOTTY woman (I didn't bother to get her name), who absolutely had zero interest in helping me, and couldn't help herself but to talk over me. When I tried to tell her all of this was a referral and that I already have my records in hand, she continued to get worse talked over me still, at this point I'm DONE! I have given this provider and staff several chances to be the doctor and office I believed them to be and told they were and that's just not the case. Maybe the doctor is great but with staff like this NO THANK YOU! If you are looking for a headache then by all means, try these people otherwise hang up the phone and try elsewhere. I'd also like to add that if Kristen would like to learn to use her phone functions better, here are some tips: When calling a patient back just to hang up on them to be unprofessional, block your number or use your own personal phone instead of a business line. Yes I documented that too. I would also like to add that if the front desk transfers you a call and you don't want to take it or talk to that person, I suggest you mute your phone. Now we all know that phones can break, so I would also suggest disconnecting your headset, as I could hear every word you uttered and also putting me back on "hold" didn't stop me from hearing you or banging your handset on the desk for about a minute, before you actually picked up the phone to talk at me. The day of surgery a very attentive hospital nurse decided to ask more questions of me while I was being prepped for surgery. During that discussion it was discovered the hospital did not have my allergy sheet nor did the doctor know of my allergies. Dr. Holt came to my surgery bay and spoke very rudely and blamed me. The hospital staff then blamed him. My surgery was canceled. It was discovered later that morning that his medical staff had not input my allergy sheet into my electronic medical record but it was clearly listed on my new patient paperwork. The implant that was ordered contained a material I am allergic to and had documented on my medical history sheet. Not once did Dr. Holt apologize or reach out to me. His office requires $900 payment for a computer program he uses during surgery. His office won't schedule surgery without you agreeing to pay this fee. His office would not refund the $900 fee for three weeks and in that period two different employees called to get me scheduled in at a later date (after "extensive allergy testing" ) and with a different doctor in practice. His negligence and unprofessionalism severely traumatized me. He has yet to even address my concerns or the matter but thought that I would allow him to operate on me after such callousness and carelessness. No way!

They did a rapid strep which came back negative (surprise, I've had 4 false negatives from warren) then they put in a culture test. Note: Culture tests take 24 hours and it's standard for you to get a call about the results. 24 hours comes and goes, we call and they say "oh, it could be 48 hours or more." So I said screw them and called the lab on Yale. Not only was the culture finished, but they revealed that Tulsa Hills had requested a strep only test when we specifically asked and had confirmed they would run a comprehensive (they check for several bacteria rather than just strep). Not only did they LIE about the lab results not being ready, but I was able to track them down myself faster than an FREAKING medical professional. AND they didn't run the test they said they would. Incompetent and unprofessional. These people are morons that entered medicine purely because it pays well. It's evident in every aspect that they have no desire to actually help you or get you better. They do the minimum to get your money and push you out the door.
