We were very pleased no longer paying for electric as it will save us thousands each year. Be aware you will need to rinse the panels after a heavy pollen season and clean the panels annually or hire them to do so. That was our only surprise with our solar installation. Also important to note that even though it was a little difficult to get ahold of them initially, it was never difficult afterwards. They really make their clients a priority.

The en suite bathroom - the mirrors were not cleaned nor was the shower door. The kitchen window was not cleaned and there was still grease on the knobs for the stove. When the cleaners were packing up, I noticed other details like the tv needed to be wiped down as well as some picture frames and the fans in two rooms and there was pet hair on the ottoman that was missed. Again, with a deep clean that was $290, I would have liked to seen these details taken care of.
